How To make Summer Breakfast Sundae
4 c Chopped fruit*
1 ts Honey
2 c Nonfat yogurt
2 c Nonfat cottage cheese
2 tb Chopped toasted almonds
2 ts Bran flakes or yeast flakes
1 tb Chopped dates or dried figs
2 ts Minced mint or coriander
Choose fresh fruit in season (strawberries, blueberries, nectarines, apricots, plums, cherries). Drizzle fruit with honey. Fold together yogurt and cottage cheese (or blend together for a smoother base). Divide mixture between 4 sundae type glasses. Top with fruit. Ingredients for Super Chocolate Sundae Cake Bar
One large egg
1/4 cups water
1/3 cups vegetable oil
4 ounce semi sweet chocolate
Chocolate Ice Cream
1/4 cups corn syrup
3/4 cups heavy cream
3 table spoon unsalted butter
1/8 cups Kosher salt
Cooled chocolate sauce
Whipped cream
Cherry
How to make Chocolate Sundae Cake Bar
1. Mix the chocolate cake mix, egg, water and vegetable oil together till it becomes a smooth paste.
2. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray, and pour the batter in the pan and bake it for at least 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees temperature. After baking, let it cool down properly.
3. Apply a layer of chocolate Ice Cream on it and freeze it at least for 4 hours or overnight.
4. For the topping- heat 4 ounces of semi sweet chocolate, corn syrup, heavy cream and unsalted butter together
5. After adding them all, mix at medium heat and boil gently for 5 minutes and cool for some time
6. .Spread the layer of topping sauce over the cake and add some whipped cream as well.
7. Add sprinkles over it and top it up with fresh cherries.

Ingredients:
- Half Cup Strawberry Puree
- Half Cup Kiwi Puree
- Half Cup Pineapple Puree
- 1 Cup Fresh cream
- 2 Cups whole milk
- 1 Tbsp cornflour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Corn flakes
- Sliced almonds
Method:
- To make the puree, take half cup fruits and blend in a jar.
- Then take a bottomed pan and add milk, fresh cream, and sugar and give it a boil for 15 minutes on medium flame till it becomes half.
- Then add diluted cornflour and a pinch of salt and switch of the heat.
- Then take 3 bowls and divide the cooked cream in each bowl. Then add the strawberry, kiwi and pineapple puree in each bowl and mix it.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Then assemble in a bowl. First strawberry ice cream, second
pineapple and lastly, Kiwi.
- Garnish it with cut chopped fruits, cornflakes and sliced almonds.
