How To make Sweet & Sour Soybeans
Sweet-sour sauce (see below) 2 tb Salad oil
1 Large onion cut 1" squares
2 Large carrots cut 1/4" slice
1 Clove garlic, minced/pressed
1 Green pepper *
3/4 c Fresh pineapple chuncks **
2 Tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 1/2 c Cooked soybeans ***
* Seeded and cut into 1" squares ** or canned pineapple chuncks drained *** 3 to 3-1/2 hours cooking time after sooking Prepare sweet-sour sauce and reserve. In a bowl combine 1-1/2 t. each cornstarch, soy sauce, and dry sherry; 1/2 cup each brown sugar and wine vinegar; and 1/3 cup vegetable stock. Heat oil in a wide frying pan over high heat; add onion, carrots, and garlic and cook stirring for about 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add green pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add pineapple, tomatoes, and soybeans and cook for 2 minutes or until hot. Stir sweet-sour sauce, pour into pan, and continue to cook, stirring, until sauce bubbles and thickens. Per serving: 10 grams protein, 72 grams carbohydrate, no cholesterol, 391 calories

Honey 2 Ts
Salt ½ Ts ( as per Taste)
Black Pepper ¼ Ts
Oil 2 Tbs

Spicy Chilli Soya Chunks Recipe - Quick & Easy Soyabean Recipe - Healthy Vegetarian Recipe
Soya Chunks also known as textured vegetable protein is a great vegetarian substitute for meat.Today I will cook a super quick soya chunks stir fry recipe. There are some days when we do not feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen so this recipe will come to your help on those days. The best part is this will be loved by even those picky eaters.

Ingredients required for making this easy soya chunks recipe -
* Soya chunks (soya badi) - 150 gm / 2 & 1/2 cups (measured when dry ). Soya chunks are available at any Indian grocery store. You can even search them online.
* Capsicum (bell pepper) - 1 large or 2 medium / 170 gm or 6 oz
* Onion - 1 medium
* Ginger - 1 inch length/1 tablespoon chopped
* Garlic - 3 large/1 tablespoon chopped
* green part of green onions - 3 green onions or you can even add chopped coriander leaves (dhaniapatta)
* Coarsely crushed black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust according to your preference)
* Dry red chili (optional) - 1
* salt - as per taste (remember the sauce is already salty so add less. You can always add later)
For the sauce -
* Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
* Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (optional)
* Tomato Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
* red chili sauce / hot sauce - 1 teaspoon (can add more or less according to your preference0
* Sugar - 2 teaspoons
* Oil - 4 tablespoons
* Water - 1/2 cup
* Corn starch/cornflour - 1tablespoon level
* You can even sprinkle little garam masala powder at the end (totally optional)

This dish is so flavourful, easy to make can be made in 30 mins. Sweeness of maple syrup and sourness of soy sauce and vinegar and spice of chili paste makes the exact balance of the dish.
Make this sweet and sour tofu recipe in 30 mins. Crispy tofu and sticky sauce together mimic the classic Chinese takeout dish in vegetarian friendly meal.
Ingredients:
For crsipy tofu -16 oz firm tofu
1 tbsp corn starch
salt and black pepper powder
oil to shallow fry
Ingredients for Sauce:
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Hoison sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
garlic cloves 6-7
spring onion
sesame seeds to garnish
sesame oil

How to make Sweet & Sour Soya Chunks simple vegetarians dish.
INGREDIENTS:-
100gms Soya Chunks or meal maker.
1 tbsp Ginger smashed.
1 tbsp Garlic chopped.
1 Tomato sliced.
1 Onion cut half and sliced.
Few curry leaves.
1 tbsp Pure Chill powder.
1 tsp Turmeric powder.
Juice of 1 lime.
1/4 tsp Garam masala.
3 & half tbsp Hot & Sweet Chill sauce.
2 tbsp Tomato sauce.
Salt to taste.
Sugar optional. I did not add, if you like you can.
TIps:-
Soya Chunks can just eat after frying with rice or can eat as snacks. Very tasty.
