How To make Unleavened Seed Cake
1 c Butter
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
OR 2 Tbsp sweetened -condensed milk diluted With 6 Tbsp water 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Vanilla
OR 1 tsp almond flavoring 1/8 ts Mace
1 ts Caraway seed
1/2 c Chopped candied orange peel
3 c Flour
Cream butter and sugar, add well beaten egg yolks and milk. Add flavoring and mace. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt. Add caraway seed, candied orange peel, and nuts to first mixture. Beat thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in slow oven (350 F) about 1 hour. Florence Taft Eaton, Concord, MA. -----

Ingredients
3 STICKS OF BUTTER
1 CUPS SUGAR
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1-2 TABLESPOON CINNAMON
1 TABLESPOON OF Nutmeg
1 PUMPKIN PIE Spice
1 TABLESPOON Vanilla Extract
3 EGGS
2 cups ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 cup of the PUMPKIN PIE mix
Cook time
35 minutes at 350 degrees
Topping
1/2 of the Cheese Cake CREAM cheese
PUMPKIN PIE Mix
1 TABLESPOON cinnamon
1 TABLESPOON Nutmeg
1 PUMPKIN PIE MIX
Let it set for a little bit to cool then enjoy.

1 cup warm water (200 ml)
1 tbsp yeast (10 grams)
4 tsp sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil (60 ml)
1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups of flour (600 gr) + ~30-50 gr to work with dough
100 gr butter
The glass I used is 200 ml.
