1 pk Lemon cake mix
3 oz Lemon jello
3/4 c Water; cold
4 Eggs
3/4 c Oil
1 ts Lemon extract
GLAZE:
3 Lemons
2 c Powdered sugar
Combine cake mix and jello, add cold water. Add eggs one at a time. Add oil and lemon extract. Pour in lightly greased 9x13" pan. Bake in a preheated 325~ oven. Bake for 30 minutes. While cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients. Pour over baked cake while hot from oven, after poking holes in cake.

I’m sharing how to make incredibly moist lemon pound cake from scratch. The cake is perfectly citrusy, brushed with lemon syrup, and finished with lemon icing. A must-try for the upcoming warmer season!????
???? The ingredients to make lemon pound cake
[Pound Cake] for a 8” by 4” (or 1.5 QT) loaf pan
• Granulated sugar 8.5 oz | 240 g (1 1/5 US cups)
• Salt 3/4 tsp
• Lemon zest from 2 lemons
• Unsalted butter (softened) 8 oz | 226 g (2 US sticks)
• Eggs 7 oz | 200 g (4 medium eggs)
• All-purpose flour 8.5 oz | 240 g (2 US cups)
• Baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
• Sour cream 6 oz | 170 g (3/4 US cup)
• Honey 1 oz | 30 g (1.5 Tbsp)
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 oz | 30 g (2 Tbsp)
???? Bake at 325 F | 163 C for about 60 - 75 minutes.
* Adjust the time & temperature accordingly.
[Lemon Syrup]
• Water 3 oz | 85 g (1/3 US cup)
• Lemon juice 1 oz | 30 g (2 Tbsp)
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g (1/4 US cup)
[Lemon Icing]
• Powdered sugar 5 oz | 142 g (1 1/6 US cups)
• Lemon juice 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp
???? Bake at 325 F | 163 C for 1 minute to let the icing dry and gives it a nice crispiness.

2 Cups of self raising flour
4 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
Grind of a grated lemon but reserve about 2 teaspoons for the frosting
Juice the lemon & add half now & half to the frosting
1/2 Cup of milk
Frosting
100 Grams of softened butter

Easy Lemon Cake | 2-Ingredient Condensed Milk Frosting
How to make an easy Lemon Cake With Fluffy Condensed Milk Frosting.
Here's what you'll need:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (62ml)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
1/4 cup water (62ml)
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30ml)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1½ tsp baking powder (8g)
½ tsp salt (3g)
1 tsp lemon zest
4 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar or cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
Easy Condensed Milk Frosting:
1 can condensed milk (395g) chilled
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (60ml)
OVEN - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 35 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven's specification. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.

Moist Lemon Cake Recipe
You're going to LOVE my moist lemon cake recipe! Inside there's a creamy mascarpone filling anf outside you'll find an ombré of dreany Swiss meringue buttercream flecked with lots of lemon zest.
This cake has all the zing and a great balance of sweeetness. I haven't even mentioned the smell; it's intoxicating! Let me know in the comments if you spot the continuity error! Adding a layer of lemon curd anywhere in this cake is a great idea. You can use my lemon curd recipe here, make sure to chill the cake as you fill if things are looking unstable.
You can whip up a batch of whipped cream stabilized with mascarpone if you want an even lighter frosting. It’s super quick and very delicious.
