1 Makes 1-1/2 Quarts
4 oz Semisweet Chocolate
1 tb Sugar
1/4 c Whipping Cream
4 c Hot Strong Coffee
Whipped Cream Grated Orange Peel Melt chocolate in a heavey saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar and whipping cream. Beat in coffee with a whisk, 1/2 cup at a time; continue to beat until frothy. Indulge in Frothy Viennese Coffee
Explore a world of coffee with NESCAFÉ GOLD.
This is the Einspanner, which is an espresso-based, creamy, Viennese coffee that's usually served in a tall glass. It is named after
a single horse-drawn carriage which was ideal at the time for coachmen because the heavy cream kept the coffee warm and
prevented spillage.
EQUIPMENT:
- 1 cup
- 1 teaspoon
INGREDIENTS:
- NESCAFÉ GOLD
- white sugar
- vanilla essence
- powdered chocolate
- whipping cream
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix in 2 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ GOLD with 4 teaspoons white sugar in 90ml hot water. Add in 2-3 drops of vanilla essence. Mix until smooth.
2. Put in 2 ice cubes to cool your drink. Once cooled, add in 4 more ice cubes.
3. Swirl whipping cream on top of the ice in your beverage – or to your heart's content.
4. Sprinkle with chocolate powder.
5. Either mix until even or take sips of the coffee and use a spoon to enjoy the heavy mouthfeel of the whipping cream!

Cream Cheese 忌廉芝士 20g
Milk 鮮奶 15ml
Sugar 砂糖 5g
Whipping Cream 淡忌廉 40g
Ground Coffee 咖啡粉 ~15g
Cocoa powder 可可粉
▼步驟 Instructions
1. 加入忌廉芝士、鮮奶、糖,攪拌均勻至順滑
2. 之後加入淡忌廉,用電動攪拌棒打至變稠
3. 在杯中加入冰,加入鮮奶後約8成,倒入忌廉芝士混合物
4. 之後倒入濃縮咖啡,一匙的忌廉芝士混合物,再篩上可可粉
