How To make Walt Disney's Oatmeal Cookies
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1 1/3 c Butter
1 1/4 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 lg Eggs
2 tb Water
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Uncooked oats/not instant
1 1/4 c Raisins
In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside. Cream butter in very large bowl. Beat in granulated and brown sugars. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add water and vanilla and mix until well blended, about 4 minutes. Mix oats, raisins and flour mixture into sugar mixture & stir until thoroughly blended. Drop by large tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 9 to 14 minutes, or until light-brown in color. Cool on baking sheet before removing from pan. Makes 4 dozen. Each cookie contains about: 128 calories, 23 mg cholesterol, 6 grams fat, 18 grams carbohydrates, 2 grams protein, 0.12 grams fiber. Source: Los Angeles Times Newspaper -----

Delicious Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies!
RECIPE
3 Cup Oats
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup Butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 Cups chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients together
Bake at 350 for 8-11 min!
DON'T FOLLOW THE ORDER WE DID IT IN! ADD THE EGGS WITH THE WET INGREDIENTS FIRST. DON'T FORGET TO SET A TIMER.

Who doesn't love Jennifer Garner? She is great mom, actress and philanthropist but did you know that she also has a cooking show? Haha, well it's shot in her kitchen and she's just trying not to mess up most of the time. She calls her Instagram story the Pretend Cooking Show. She recently made these yummy Brown Butter Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies with her mom and they looked easy enough. It's Fall and we are looking for ways to use more pumpkin. 1. Don't skimp on the icing, the cookies are actually not sweet so you'll need it. Make sure it's thick enough but also runny for pouring.
2. It's a softer cookie, if you want crunchier maybe an extra minute will help.
