How To make Wheat Crackers
1 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Wheat germ
1 t Salt
1/2 c Water
1 c All purpose flour
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 t Baking soda
1/4 c Butter, softened
In a medium bowl, mix flours, wheat germ, sugar, salt and soda. Stir in water and butter until smooth dough forms. Divide in half; cover; let stand 10 minutes. Place half the dough on a lightly oiled 17 x 14 inch baking sheet; roll out to a 16 1/2 inch x 13 1/2 inch rectangle. Prick all over with a fork, cut in 1 1/2 inch squares, brush with water and sprinkle with additional salt (opt.). Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes until crisp but not overbrowned. Remove to racks to cool. Repeat with second half.

Whole wheat flour 300 g
Olive oil 6 Tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Ground flax seed 4 Tbsp
Ground sesame seed 2 Tbsp
Water 150 ml
===== Recipe =====
-Making dough
In the large bowl, Place the flour, flax seed, sesame seed, salt, baking powder & mix well. Add water & oil.
Mix the dough without kneading.
Hold the dough to one piece. Fold dough few times.
Make the dough 2-5 mm thickness.
Cut into small pieces & give them some space for each dough.
Preheat oven for 200°C or 395°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Whole Wheat Masala Cracker | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
Freshly baked masala crackers made with whole wheat flour.
WHOLE WHEAT MASALA CRACKER
Ingredients
1½ cups whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting
Few fresh coriander sprigs
2-3 garlic cloves
1-2 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon dried yeast
1 tablespoon castor sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Method
1. Blend together coriander sprigs, garlic cloves and green chillies with some water to a fine paste.
2. Put wheat flour in a bowl and add salt. Mix and make a well in it, add yeast, castor sugar and some warm water. Mix and let the yeast activate.
3. Mix well, add prepared paste and knead. Add some water and knead again. Add oil and knead to a semi-stiff dough. Set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 180º C.
5. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust with some flour and roll out into thin discs. Use a flower shaped cookie cutter and cut out crackers from them.
6. Prick all over with a fork and transfer on a baking tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, cool and serve or store in airtight container.
