How To make Zesty Sloppy Joes
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A:
4 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Onion chop
1 cup Green pepper :
chop fine
2 cans Tomato soup
1 15 ounce Ca thick and zesty tomato sauce
8 ounces Tomato sauce
3/4 cup Brown sugar :
pack
1/4 cup Ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
20 hamburger buns -- (20 to 25)
In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown beef and onion. Add green pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes; drain. Add the next 10 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.

Recipe:
1.5 lbs Ground beef
2 -8 oz cans of Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
3 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
1 tbsp minced garlic

Zesty Vegan Sloppy Joes
Makes 2-4 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oilive oil
1/2 minced onion
1 package of vegan crumble meat (any kind you like)
1/4 bell pepper
2-3 clove of garlice, minced
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 T. honey
1/2 T. blackstrap molasses
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1/8 t.ground cumin
1/8 t.celery seed
1/8 t. salt
1/4 t. ground coriander
1/4 t. italian spice
1/4 t. paprika
dash of pepper
and bread or buns of your choosing.
Heat oil in skillet over med, low heat.
Cook the onion until it becomes translucent.
Add vegan crumble and cook for about 4 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Stir in green peppers and garlic and cook about three more minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmmer 10-15 minutes and enjoy.
I ususally heat up the buns/bread in microwave for 5-10 seconds.
