These burgers are easy to cook up in minutes!

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 Onion (diced)
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp. Mustard
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions:
In a skillet, add beef, onions, and peppers, and cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain
Add remaining ingredients. Drop temperature to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve on burger buns or rolls.

I’ve always been a fan of classic sloppy joes. There’s something so innately satisfying about the sweet and savory combination and messiness of it all! And I know you all love them too. I’ve made a LOT of sloppy joe lately, trying to come up with the perfect recipe . Some were too sweet, others too spicy. Well guys, I finally got it. The perfect balance. This sloppy joe recipe is sweet, tangy, zesty and savory, with the perfect texture and consistency.
how to make homemade sloppy joes with tomato sauce; Homemade sloppy joes are incredibly easy to make, and come together in one skillet in about 20 minutes or so. Browned beef is mixed with onion and green pepper and simmered in a sweetened tomato/ketchup sauce. The secret is in finding the right seasoning for the sauce!
PRO TIPS HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE SLOPPY JOES WITH KETCHUP :-
1- heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and brown, breaking apart into crumbles as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
2- Add onion and bell pepper and cook 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add garlic ,ginger (you can also add seasoning of your choice) and cook 30 seconds or so, until fragrant.
3- Add ketchup or tomato sauce,beef broth,vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper flakes (if using), and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
4- Cook over MED heat for 10-15 minutes, until mixture has thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and serve over toasted buns.

New Jersey’s Iconic Sloppy Joe Is Made With Russian Dressing And Cold Cuts | Legendary Eats
In most parts of the country, a sloppy joe is made with ground beef and a tomato-based sauce and served on a hamburger bun. But in parts of New Jersey, a sloppy joe is something else entirely: two types of cold cuts, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing served between thin double-decker rye bread. Dozens of places serve it, but Town Hall Deli in South Orange says it was the first restaurant in New Jersey to make this version of the sloppy joe, in 1935. The deli still serves the original recipe with cow tongue, but the most popular sloppy joe on the menu is The Favorite, made with roast beef and turkey.

BARLOW BBQ SMOKED SLOPPY JOES
1 lb ground beef
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp A1 Steak sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar mixed with 3/4 cup water
2 tbsp bourbon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 onion diced
1 poblano pepper diced
Set up your grill for indirect cooking. Place ground beef in a foil pan and set it on the indirect side of the grill along with your onion and poblano pepper. Cover and smoke at 300 degrees until ground beef reaches an internal temp of 140 degrees.
Remove onion, poblano, and ground beef from the grill. Dice the onion and pepper, and break up the ground beef. Add in the sloppy joe sauce, stir to mix in well. Place back on the grill and cook indirect at 300-400 degrees until sauce has reduced to your liking. Enjoy!
