How To make Microwave Creamy Fudge
1 1/2 c Sugar
12 oz Evaporated milk
1/4 c Butter or margarine
2 c Miniature marshmallows
12 oz Chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped nuts (optional)
Mix sugar, milk, butter and a dash of salt in a 3 quart microwave safe bowl. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microcook on high 4 minutes. Uncover, Microcook 10 minutes more, stirring every 3 minutes. Continue cooking, stirring every 2 minutes, until candy thermometer reads 234 to 240 degrees. (soft ball stage). Stir in marshmallows and chocolate
chips and nuts if using. Stir vigorously until creamy and slightly glossy. Spread in a buttered 11x7 pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. From the recipe files of Sheila Exner - September 1991

FUDGE RECIPE with sweetened condensed milk & the microwave - SO easy and fast!
If you're looking for an easy fudge recipe, this is probably it. It doesn't get any easier than this three-ingredient microwave fudge, AND it tastes great, too! You can even make it with food allergy friendly ingredients for Christmas and the holidays. There's no excuse NOT to make a fudge recipe without condensed milk!
Ingredients:
3 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 stick of butter
Recipe (adapted from AllRecipes.com):
Put all the ingredients in a large microwave safe glass bowl.
Microwave on medium power until the chips are melted.
Poor in a greased or foil-lined dish, and refrigerate until set.

Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
This microwave peanut butter fudge is a yummy candy that’s so simple to make at home. This quick and easy PB fudge recipe takes only ten minutes to prep and uses just six ingredients to create this rich, creamy fudge that is totally irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
2 sticks unsalted butter 1 cup
1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp water
red and green M&M's
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut out two pieces of parchment paper. One should be big enough to line an 8” x 8” baking dish with enough overhang to lift the fudge out of the dish. The other should be just the right size to sit on top of the fudge.
Add a tablespoon of water to the bottom of the 8” x 8” baking dish and line the pan with the larger piece of parchment paper.
In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, add the unsalted butter and the creamy peanut butter. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds and then stir. Add the vanilla extract and stir again.
Slowly add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, whilst stirring. Continue to stir until completely combined with no lumps or white streaks.
Pour the fudge mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula. If desired, add red and green M&Ms. Tip: Visualize where you plan to slice the fudge, then add two or three M&Ms onto each piece.
Place the smaller piece of parchment paper on top of the fudge to help smooth the top. Leave it in place and put the fudge in the refrigerator to chill for two hours.
Remove the fudge from the refrigerator. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use the overhanging piece to lift the fudge out of the tray.
Warm a large, sharp knife under hot water. Dry it and slice the fudge.
