楓糖燕麥鬆餅????Maple Syrup Oat Scones - SmartCook 煮見 x HK Saladmaster 煮好餸
楓糖燕麥鬆餅(蛋奶素)
材料:
1. 低筋麵粉 160克
2. 牛奶 60毫升
3. 燕麥 40克
4. 楓樹糖漿 30克
5. 泡打粉 5克
6. 蛋 1隻
7. 無鹽牛油 40克
8. 糖 10克
9. 鹽 少許
做法:
1. 將牛油切成細件。
2. 將低筋麵粉,燕麥,泡打粉,無鹽牛油,糖及鹽用手混合
3. 再加入雞蛋,楓樹糖漿及牛奶,用刮刀拌勻成麵團。
4. 將麵團分成約六等份,放在牛油紙及焗盤上,每件麵團之間預留一些空間。
5. 焗爐預熱至180度後,放入已分好的麵團,焗二十分鐘。
6. 出爐後,塗上少量楓樹糖漿,即成。
Maple Syrup Oat Scones (Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian-friendly)
Ingredients:
1. Cake Flour 160g
2. Milk 60ml
3. Quick Oat 40g
4. Maple Syrup 30g
5. Baking Powder 5g
6. Egg 1pc
7. Unsalted Butter 40g
8. Sugar 10g
9. a pinch of Salt
Method:
1. Cut the Unsalted Butter into small pieces.
2. Mix Cake Flour, Quick Oat, Baking Powder, Butter, Sugar and a pinch of Salt together using your hand
3. Then add an Egg, Maple Syrup and Milk, use a spatula to mix and bring the dough together
4. Evenly divide the dough into 6 pieces, put them on the baking paper and the baking tray,leave a bit of space between each dough
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then put in the dough and bake for 20 mins.
6. Brush some maple syrup on top after the scones are done, serve.
