Ingredients 2 pound lean round steak 2 each green peppers, chopped 2 tablespoon onion, dried, minced 1 cup beef boullion 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions: Cut steak into serving size portions. Place half the steak in Crockpot. Arrange green peppers on steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 5 hours.

In this video at Richard in the kitchen I show y'all how to make beef pepper steak in the slow cooker. A super easy slow cooker Chinese recipe with seasoned and tender melt-in-your-mouth beef sirloin, tri-color peppers and onions served over seasoned white rice. Who needs take out Chinese when you can prepare this delicious dish at home?
Shopping :List: 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips 1 green bell pepper, sliced into wide chunks 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into wide chunks 1 red bell pepper, sliced into wide chunks 1 sweet onion, sliced into wide chunks 1 1/2 cups beef stock or broth 3 T soy sauce 2 t brown sugar 1 t minced garlic 1 t kosher salt (use 1/2 that much if using table salt) 1/2 t black pepper 1 T corn starch 1/4 cup cool water White rice Parsley for garnish
Directions: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker except for the rice, corn starch, water and parsley. Stir to combine. Cook on LOW for 4 hours until the beef is cooked through and tender. During the last hour of the cook tune the heat setting to HIGH then mix the corn starch and water and pour into the slow cooker and mix to thicken the sauce. Cook 1 more hour for a total of 5 hours. Garnish with parsley, tomato wedges and serve over white rice. Enjoy!
