How To make Creole Steak Strips (Crockpot)
Ingredients
1 1/2
pound
round steak, boneless
1
salt and pepper
1
each
onion, chopped
1
cup
celery, sliced
1
cup
seasoned tomato juice
2
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1/8
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
each
green pepper, chopped
1
pk
frozen okra (10 ounce) OR 1 1/2 c. fresh
1
cn
sliced mushrooms (2 1/2 oz) drained
1
carrot curls (optional)
Directions:
Cut steak into strips, about 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot with onion, celery, tomato juice, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Turn control to High. Add green pepper and partially thawed okra and mushrooms. Cover and cook on High for 30 minutes until okra is done. Garnish with carrot curls, if desired.

If you're looking for an easy steak recipe try this thin sliced New York strips steak they can be cooked on a stove top or grill, oh! and they are perfect for steak fajitas as well.
Ingredients!
12 Shrimp
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 Italian seasoning
salt to taste
1/4 tsp sazon
ground black pepper
Steak
2 Thinly sliced New York steak
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp parsley
Cook steak and shrimp on medium high 1-2 minutes per side!

I've made slow cooker pot roasts with a lot of different cuts of beef, but this one is definitely the BEST! The Sirloin Tip Roast is more flavorful than some other cuts typically used for pot roasts and it's economical, too! It's almost $2.00 less a pound than chuck roast where I live. Beef Stew Recipe
4 tbsp oil
5 lb chuck roast
1/2 bag baby carrots or 2 large sliced
2 tomatoes diced
5 garlic cloves minced
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
4 tbsp tomato paste
8 oz portabella mushroom
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 sprigs thyme
3 bay leaves
3 tbsp chicken bouillon
3 cups white or red wine
3 cups beef broth
2 cups potatoes cubed
Using a dutch oven, add a small drizzle of oil.
Season the meat with salt and pepper on all sides.
Add the meat to the pot and brown on all sides.
Add beef to a plate and reserve for later.
Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the onions, carrots, and mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Add flour, thyme, bay leaves, chicken bouillon, white wine, and beef stock. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, remove from the stovetop, and place into the preheated oven.
Cook for about 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender.
During the last 20 minutes add the potatoes, combine and continue to cook until the potatoes become fork tender.
