Amaranth Cake:
Ingredients:
Amaranth Flour - 1 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Banana - 2 big
Country sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Almond Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
Mash the bananas well and add sugar,oil and give it a good mix.
Add the flour,cocoa,baking powder,soda,salt through a sieve.
Give it a good mix.
Add almond milk(soak 10 almonds and add 1/2 cup water and grind it finely to get almond milk)
Mix it well with the cake batter.
Top it with nuts of your choice.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180c for 35 mins.
Once cool down, serve it.

Amaranth flour is very healthy, so I decided to gradually add this product to my desserts. If you don't have amaranth flour, just replace it with the same amount of wheat flour. The cookies are very tender and crispy, just melt in your mouth. Quick and easy recipe, highly recommended!

Ingredients:
- 100 grams of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 40 grams of amaranth flour (1/3 cup)
- 120 grams of wheat flour (2/3 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 120 grams of chocolate (2/3 cup)
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 12-15 minutes.
