How To make Apple Oatmeal
1/3 c Unsweetened apple juice
1/3 c Water
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ea Firm apple pared & finely
-Sliced Salt 1/3 c Oatmeal
1/4 ts Cinnamon
Place juice, water, apple and seasonings in microwave proof measuring cup. Nuke for 2.5 min. Place oatmeal in microwave proof serving bowl. Add microwaved apple mixture to oatmeal. Microwave 1 min for quick oats, 3 min for regular. Notes: Seasonings can be adjusted according to taste. Half apples keep well until the next day or two by wrapping the unpealed half in plastic wrap. Granny Smith or Macintosh apples are great for this.

2 kleine Bananen.
Bananen schälen und schneiden.
Walnüsse 150 gr.
Bananen in einem Mixer zerkleinern.
Zitronensaft.
Walnüsse in einem Mixer mahlen.
Bananen und Walnüsse mischen und gut vermischen.
Wir bekommen so eine Mischung.
Legen Sie die Mischung auf Pergament.
In den Ofen/20 Minuten/200C/400F.

2 Äpfel.
Wasser 30 ml.
Machen Sie Apfelmus.
Haferflocken 1 Tasse.
Nüsse 50 g.
Vanillin.
Avocadoöl.
Im Ofen 200°C/400°F/30 Minuten.

My favorite kitchen equipment:
ingredients:
6 large apples
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
1¾ cups (160g) rolled oats
1 2/3 cups (210g) all-purpose flour
150g butter, cold
3/4 cup (150g) sugar + 1 Tbsp for topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C (360F). line an 9-inch (22-23cm) springform pan with parchment paper and grease with butter.
2. In a large bowl mix flour, oats and sugar. In a separate bowl grate peeled apples and mix them with fresh lemon juice. set aside.
3. For the first cake layer: grate 2 tablespoons (30g) cold butter on the bottom of the pan, sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons of the oat mixture, then lightly press. Evenly spread 1/3 of the shredded apples with the juice. Repeat the same process 2 more times: oat mixture (1/3 of the remaining), apple mixture, oat mixture, apple mixture, oat mixture and. Finely, grate the remaining 120g cold butter on top of the cake, sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown on top. let cool 20 minutes, release from the pan and let cool completely.

This is not your average oatmeal bowl! Cooked apples with cinnamon on top of a big warm bowl of oatmeal takes your traditional oatmeal to a whole new level! This recipe is one of my favorites and so easy to make. You can make it on the stovetop or in a crockpot or Instant Pot. Top it with more toppings like pecans, walnuts or dried cranberries and you have yourself a super filling and delicious breakfast recipe. Hope you enjoy!
