Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup (250ml) olive oil (light)
1 cup sugar (200g)
vanilla
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
1/4tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
2 1/3 cup (325g) flour
1/2 cup (100g) chocolate chips
4 big carrots (400g), grated
1 big apple, grated
Frosting:
14TBsp soft butter (200g)
1 cup powder sugar or to taste
14.4oz (400g) cream cheese, room temperature
vanilla

120 g rolled oats/ 1 1/4 cup
pinch of salt
220 ml kefir(or greek yogurt) / 3/4 cup
2 eggs
50 g erytrytol sweetener/ 1/2 cup
2 small carrots
2 medium apples
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 g baking powder/ 3/4 tsp
grease with butter/ oil a 19 cm pan
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
smear with honey or syrup
chopped walnuts(optional)
