Pectin is a fiber found in fruits. It is used to make medicine.
People use pectin for high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and to prevent colon cancer and prostate cancer. It is also used for diabetes and gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD. Some people use pectin to prevent poisoning caused by lead, strontium, and other heavy metals. Some people apply pectin to the skin to protect raw or ulcerated mouth and throat sores…. How does it work? Pectin binds substances in the intestine and adds bulk to the stools.

ASMR Lamb Chops Mint Applesauce Cooking with Ro
Hey, welcome back Darlings.
It’s Date Night again, and this time we are making delectable garlic herb lamb chops paired with mint apple sauce. It’s savory, rich, and tangy. Pairs well with both red and bubbly white wines.
I highly recommend you begin the prep the night before so the meat can marinate in the oils. However, if you are pinched for time you can marinate these for just 30 minutes prior to cooking.
