How To make BAKED CAJUN CHICKEN
Ingredients

pound
to 2 lb chicken, meaty (breasts, thighs, drumstick)
2
tablespoon
nonfat milk
2
tablespoon
onion powder
2
teaspoon
dried thyme, crushed
4
teaspoon
garlic salt
8
teaspoon
white pepper, ground
8
teaspoon
black pepper, ground
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Spray a 13 by 9 by
2 inch baking dish with nonstick coating. Arrange the chicken, meaty
sides up, in dish. Brush with milk. In small bowl mix onion powder,
thyme, garlic salt, white pepper, red pepper, and black pepper.
Sprinkle over chicken. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes
or till the chicken is tender and no longer pink.

16 oz. Italian sausage
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tsp Tony Chachrere's creole seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon old bay
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
half red bell pepper
half green bell pepper
one small onion
2 cups of jasmine rice
2 celery stalks
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt 1
teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 f cup chicken broth
Bake on 375 for 40 minutes

Cajun chicken Ingredients
For Cajun Seasoning
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1.5 tbsp Italian Seasoning
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
For Cajun Chicken marinade
• 1 chicken breast (boneless), cut into cubes
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp oil
Step by step instructions to make Cajun Chicken
• Marinate the chicken with 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, lemon juice and oil. Set it aside for 30 minutes.
• Pan-fry the chicken in two batches over medium heat.
• Make sure the pan is hot when you place chicken on it.
• Cook the chicken until char marks appear on them and the chicken is cooked.
• Remove and serve with your favorite dip.
