How To make Bacon Wrapped Turkey Burgers
12 Bacon slices
1 pk Fresh ground turkey
1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Cook back until limp; cool. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 6 1/2" inch thick patties. Crisscross 2 slices bacon on each patty, tucking ends under; secure with wooden picks. Broil with tops about 4" from heat until turkey springs back when touched and is no longer pink, about 4 minutes on each side.

Turkey Burgers are one of our favorite recipes to cook.
They're fast and simple to prepare.
After a workout we're starving and it takes us around 20 minutes between heating the grill and deciding what to put in them before we sit down to eat.
With this size burger we each eat 2! That's a lot of protein for some, but fine for people who are athletes or training.

Recipe - Chipotle-Bacon Turkey Burger Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
●For the chipotle ketchup:
●1/4 cup ketchup
●1 tablespoon sauce from canned chipotles in adobo
●For the burger:
●1 medium red onion
●1 tablespoon olive oil
●1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
●1 1/2 pounds ground turkey breast
●2 teaspoons soy sauce
●1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1 minced anchovy fillet
●1 large egg
●1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt , plus more as needed
●1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper , plus more as needed
●Vegetable oil , for oiling the grill
●To assemble:
●4 kaiser rolls , sliced in half horizontally and toasted
●8 slices cooked bacon
●1 cup coleslaw

HI GUYS, IF YOU LIKE TO COOK THIS RECIPE, JUST FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW, THANK YOU.
INGREDIENTS:
2 turkey cutlets, thinly pounded with a wooden mallet
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 piece cook ham
2 pieces sliced bacon
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 piece red onion, sliced into chunks
2 pieces tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and sliced into cubes
1 tsp maggi seasoning powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
150 grams sheep cheese, cubed
PROCEDURE:S:
= Sprinkle the 2 turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Place 1/2 slice of cooked ham on top of each, form into a roll, wrap with a slice of bacon. And set it aside.
= Heat a frying pan on medium high heat. Add the oil and fry the onions for few minutes until soft.
= Put in the tomatoes, maggi seasoning powder, sugar and oregano. Sauté for 1 minute until the sugar is dissolved.
= Add the rolled cutlets, cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
= Then add the sheep cheese and simmer for 1 minute more. Turn off the heat.
= Transfer to a serving dish and serve with curry rice. Enjoy.
