Ingredients
2 Heads Fresh Broccoli
1Lb Boneless Chicken
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Large Egg
2 Tbs Margarine or Butter
10 Minute Success White Rice
2-1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12oz Sour Cream
10oz Canned Cream Of Chicken
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Chop your broccoli into broccoli florets.
2. Dice your onions into fine pieces.
3. Fill a pot and skillet with water. Place both over high heat.
4. Once water comes to a boil, add 1 bag of rice to pot and broccoli to skillet.
5. Boil rice for 10 minutes, then remove. Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, then remove.
6. Place skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onions.
7. Remove onions after 5 minutes and cook chicken for 15 minutes or until tender all way through.
8. While chicken is cooking, add sour cream, cream of chicken, egg, and seasonings to a big mixing bowl. Stir in well, then sit aside.
9. Once chicken is done, chop or shred into small pieces.
10. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
11. Add broccoli, chicken, onions, rice, and 2 cups shredded cheese to bowl of cream mixture, then stir in well.
12. Pour everything into a baking dish.
13. Melt your margarine or butter, then drizzle over broccoli chicken mixture.
14. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1 tbs paprika.
15. Bake for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
16 oz chicken broth
1 small onion
1 to 2 cloves garlic
2 tbls oil
10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom)
4 oz or 1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp butter (melted)
8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
pepper to taste
**BAKE @ 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes covered
**uncover and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes
**be sure to completely thaw frozen broccoli for a more even bake

INGREDIENTS I USED: Bake on 350 degrees uncovered for 30-35 mins.
PRE-COOK THE BROCCOLI FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINS BEFORE MIXING IF YOU WANT IT SOFT.
15 Ounces frozen broccoli (PRE-Cook before baking for about 15-20 Mins if you want it soft.)
2/3 Cup Sour Cream
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
10.5 Ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Sharp Grated Cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Season with Garlic Powder
Season with Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Add as many Buttered Ritz Crackers as you want for your topping
Melted butter for Ritz Crackers topping

Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Flavor Pack from Ramen
6 cups broccoli, peeled stems and heads, chopped and blanched in salted water
12 ounces sliced mushrooms, Sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles, broken up
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cheddar cheese, blue cheese dressing, eggs, salt, pepper, and flavor pack from noodles. In a separate bowl combine broccoli, mushrooms, and broken noodles then toss together wet mixture and vegetables to evenly coat. Place in an 8 by 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non- stick cooking spray and cook for 45 minutes covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes to brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole - From-Scratch!

Want to add a crisp bread/crumb or cracker topping? Follow these steps after you take it out of the oven:
Crush up 1 cup of Ritz crackers (You can also use buttered panko, breadcrumbs, or even cornflakes). Mix it with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and two teaspoons of parsley. Stir in 4 tablespoons of melted butter. Spread crumb topping over the cheese topping and bake for another 10 minutes.
