크림치즈에 콘옥수수를 섞어 쿠키에 넣어 구운 콘치즈 쿠키를 만들었어요~
고소하면서도 달콤한 맛이 나고 옥수수가 톡톡 씹혀 재미있는 식감을 주더라구요.
모양을 어떻게 할까 하다 쿠키 반죽으로 돌돌말아 잘라 구웠는데 자연스럽게 구워지고 속이 보여서 더 먹음직스러워 보이는 것 같아요.
바삭하면서도 촉촉해서 부드럽게 먹을 수 있더라구요.
윗면에 뿌린 설탕은 생략 가능하지만 설탕을 뿌리면 반짝반짝 빛나서 예쁘답니다~

▶약 10개 분량
▶재료
무염버터 80g
설탕 75g
소금 0.5g
달걀 40g
박력분 210g
베이킹파우더 2g
크림치즈 75g
설탕 15g
옥수수전분 8g
콘옥수수 75g
▶레시피
1. 실온 상태의 버터를 풀고 설탕과 소금을 넣은 뒤 색이 밝아질 때까지 섞는다.
2. 달걀을 두 번에 나누어 넣고 잘 섞은 뒤 박력분과 베이킹 파우더를 체에 쳐서 넣고 주걱으로 자르듯이 섞는다.
3. 날가루가 보이지 않으면 한 덩이로 뭉쳐 랩에 싸고 냉장실에서 40분 정도 휴지한다.
4. 크림치즈를 풀고 설탕을 넣고 섞은 뒤 전분을 넣고 골고루 섞고 물기를 제거한 옥수수 통조림을 넣고 잘 섞어 짤주머니에 담는다.
5. 휴지시킨 쿠키 반죽을 밀대로 밀어 펴고 옥수수와 크림치즈를 섞은 것을 길게 올린 뒤 돌돌 말아 냉동실에서 30분 정도 굳힌다.
6. 스크래퍼로 천천히 잘라 오븐팬에 팬닝한 뒤 윗면에 설탕을 뿌리고 예열하는 동안(약 15~20분) 냉동실에 넣었다가 180도 오븐에서 25분 정도 굽는다.

Polish Cream Cheese Cookies (aka Kolaczki or Kolacky) | Polish Kołaczki | Christmas Cookies
Flaky, buttery, and rich, these Polish Cream Cheese Cookies, also known as Kolaczki or Kolacky, are traditionally made for Christmas and other holidays. They are usually filled with a fruit jam of your choice but other fillings such as poppy seeds or nuts are also welcomed!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (220g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (220g) butter, at room temperature
- 2 ½ cup (320g) all-purpose flour
- About ½ cup Apricot jam
- Confectioners' sugar for dusting
Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup butter (room temperature)
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1-2 cups sugar
2 cups AP flour
1-2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nuwave Oven: Bake at 300 F. for 13-15 minutes.
Regular Oven: Bake at 350 F. for 13-15 minutes.
Makes about 40, 2” cookies.

These cookies are SO good! I've actually been making them quite a bit and leavning them on friend's doorsteps as little cookie care packages. They're a must make recipe.

Farm cheese cookies
Farm cheese cookies
400 g of farm cheese
200 g of melted butter
320 g of flour
1 tsp baking powder
100 g of sugar
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork with butter, add baking powder and sifted flour. Knead a soft and elastic dough. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Dust the work surface with flour, roll out the dough in the form of a circle with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Sprinkle with sugar and roll again.
Cut into sharp triangles with a knife. Twist each triangle like a croissant, dip in sugar and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 350 degrees.

Ingredients for about 14 cookies
4.5 oz (130g) unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup (120 g) of cream cheese
1 cup (200 g) of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract.
1 medium-large egg
1 and 3/4 cup (220 g) of All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Powdered sugar for dusting
Bake at 375 degrees F (190C) for about 10 minutes or until the edges start to color. Every oven is different, so keep an eye on the cookies and don't overbake them.
