2 Margarine 8 oz Cream cheese 2 c Flour Preserves or jam Powdered sugar Allow margarine and cream cheese to come to room temperature. Mix until really creamy; add flour amd blend thoroughtly. Make balls (size of a samll walnut). Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass cover with a damp cloth. Press an indentation in center and fill with preserves. Bake 350 for 18-20 min. Remove from sheet and dust with powdered sugar. Helen Jolly -----

Kolacky ☀️ Ingredients: Dough: 5 oz cream cheese ( room temp) 12 tbsp butter ( room temp) 1 1/2 cup flour ( all purpose) Mix well to form the dough , cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour . Filling : I have used raspberry filling Solo brand for cake and pastry . This recipe makes 17 kolacky . Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. When cooled dust with powder sugar and serve , very delicious.
