How to Make Copycat Boston Market Corn Bread
Learn how to make Boston Market cornbread just like they do. It's so easy. You need a few simple ingredients for this one. This is a remake of an older video. I thought that with the holidays coming you might like to see an updated version of this classic copycat recipe.
This recipe was originally posted on my blog at CopyKat.com
Here is the recipe!
1 8.5 ounce box Jiffy Mix Cornbread Mix
1 9.0 ounce box Jiffy Mix Yellow Cake Mix
or
2 8.5 ounce boxes Jiffy Mix Cornbread Mix
1 17.5 ounce box regular yellow cake mix
Directions
Mix both boxes according to directions, and combine the batter. I generally use a large mix bowl, and add both boxes together, and add the other ingredients all at once. If you have only boxes of jiffy mix, use a brownie sized baking pan, 8 x 8, if you are going to use a box of regular cake mix, use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, this takes about 30 minutes, test for doneness.

Vegan Boston Baked Beans
These Vegan Boston Baked Beans are a classic all American addition to any vegan dish. Baked beans were originated by the American Indians and a perfect dish for Thanksgiving and other Holidays. They are so easy to make, just through it together and throw it in the oven. It goes especially great with Boston Brown Bread in which you can find on my website as well.
Boston Baked Beans
Traditional Boston Baked Beans, small white beans (I use Great Northern Beans) slow-cooked in the oven with molasses, salt pork, black pepper, mustard and onions until they form a thick stew rich with a deep color and caramelized crust.

An exercise in cast iron slow cooking. Two wonderful dishes made with slow cooking are Boston baked beans, and beef brisket. This video shows what happens when these two dishes are combined and slow cooked in a heavy cast iron pot. The result was astounding!
