Unique Corn Bake - Lynn's Recipes
This is a delicious side dish that will complement almost any meal. This is also a great dish to take to a potluck.
1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup sour cream 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
