3/4 tb Whipped cream cheese
1/8 ts Vanilla extact

Preheat toaster to 350d. In small bowl, combine all incredients until blended. fill ea pocket with 1/4 cup of mixture. Wrap ea pocket indiv. w/ foil and heat 12-15 min. until hot. Each serving: 1 FA, 1 P, 1/2 B, 1/2 FR, 25 opt. cal. Per serving: 192 -----

• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 cup sliced tomatoes
• 1 cup diced cucumbers
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 cup prepared hummus

Made these super easy and yummy breakfast pita pockets! They’re really versatile and you can use almost any breakfast item in them!

PITA POCKET BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE, BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE RECIPE | RICHARD IN THE KITCHEN
In this video I'll show y'all how to make a pita pocket breakfast scramble on the Blackstone flat top griddle. Warmed pita bread filled with light and fluffy scrambled eggs and chopped ham, green peppers and cheddar cheese.....yum yum! Nothing better than cooking on the Blackstone. A quick and easy delicious meal to start your day!
Shopping List:
Servings: 1 pita pocket
1 tbls. butter
1/2 whole wheat pita bread
3 eggs
Dash of milk or water
1 tbls. green bell pepper, diced small
1 tbls. deli ham, thinly sliced
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper top taste
Green onion chives
Directions:
In a bowl, add the eggs, water or milk and beat vigorously. Set aside.
Heat one side of the Blackstone on medium heat.
Add the chopped ham and peppers to the heated Blackstone and toss for about 1 minute until warmed through.
Add the pita bread to the warm side of the Blackstone.
Add the beaten eggs to the heated side of the Blackstone separate from the ham and peppers. Toss around and cook about 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix in the ham, peppers and cheese. Toss.Turn off the heat and move the mixture to the warm side of the griddle.
Garnish with green onion chives.
Slice the pita in half and fill with the egg mixture.
Serve with a side of bacon or sausage and fresh fruit.

* Ingredients
300g (2 cups) All purpose flour
5g (1 tsp) Salt
5g (1 tsp) Suagr
480ml (2 cups) Water
15g (1 tbsp) Cooking oil
* Important tips
1. Total of 2 cups of water, both warm and cold water, need to be added in 2-3 times, so that the batter can be mixed very quickly.
2. Make sure to keep pressing the edges of the flatbread with a spatula, so it can puff up.
3. Heat on medium-low heat, close to medium heat, if you want to make big bubbles later turn the heat to medium heat
4. Cover with a sheet when done, and when all done the inside of the flatbread is also very soft
