How To make Broccoli Onion Quiche
1 pastry pie shell
(9 inch)
4 eggs
1 sour cream :
(8 oz.)
1 Can Durkee's onions
2 Cups broccoli cooked
8 Ounces Swiss cheese :
sliced pieces
Bake pie shell per directions on package. Beat eggs, add all ingredients but le ave 1/2 can onions for the top of quiche. Bake for 45 minutes-1 hour at 400 deg rees until top gets golden brown. Serve with salad or a nice fruit cup. Great f or summer. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"

Crustless Broccoli Quiche Recipe | keto Recipe
Ingredients. 3 cups of chopped broccoli florets. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1 cup half and half milk. 5 large eggs. 3/4 teaspoon salt. 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes.

Very easy and super tasty broccoli quiche
Pre heat oven to 325°F
Grease a 9 inch round deep pan with some butter
In a pan melt 2 tbsp of unsalted butter over medium low heat
add 1/2 cup of diced onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium low heat
add the broccoli and increase the heat to medium now
add 1/2 tsp salt
cook for 3 to 4 minutes
once done spread the broccoli in the pan
add 1 & 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
add 6 eggs in a bowl
to that add 1 & 3/4 cup of heavy cream
mix it and add to the broccoli
bake for 60 minutes

Vegetable quiche
20X30cm (8/12 inch) size pan or 22cm (8.5) diameter pan.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 potato
A glass of broccoli
1 onion
2 green onions
4 eggs (L size)
2 tablespoons olive oil
120g (1/2 cup) sour cream
50g (2/3 cup) mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
140g (1 cup) all purpose flour
10g (2 teaspoons) baking powder
preparation method:
1. Rinse the vegetables well and cut into small cubes.
2. In a large bowl, place eggs, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until all the flour is assimilated into the mixture.
4. Add all the vegetables and mix gently.
5. Transfer to a pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 355f (180c) degrees for 40-50 minutes. The pie is ready when golden and stable.
6. Allow the quiche to cool completely, and only then cut.
Note:
You can replace the vegetables with other vegetables that you like or prefer.
