How To make Broiled Flounder Fillets
2 lb Flounder fillets
-olive oil 3 c Grated bread crumbs
2 c Diced American cheese
2 ts Paprika
2 ts Dry mustard
4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Beer
Cut fish in serving pieces. Brush on both sides with olive oil. Roll in bread crumbs. Broil about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes. In meantime, combine cheese, paprika, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and beer. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheese melts. Whip smooth. OLD SCHOOL SAUTE FLOUNDER WITH LEMON ???? BUTTER SAUCE (T.G.I.F. FISH ???? SEGMENT)
This is another delicious quick recipe that you can enjoy on Fridays
Recipe:
2 flounder filets
all purpose flour
veg oil
4 oz. cold butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper taste
season fish with salt and pepper
dust with flour and sauté in skillet until brown on both sides(about 2 minutes per side)
remove fish from skillet and set aside
For Lemon Butter:
In same skillet remove oil and add lemon juice to low temperature and let reduce slightly
slowly add butter a few pieces at a time while whisking in slowly
add salt and pepper to taste and chopped parsley

Easy Baked Flounder with Lemon Butter Sauce
*Ingredients:*
• 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
• 5 cloves of fresh garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
• 1 tsp of onion powder
• 1 tsp of garlic powder
• ¾ or 1 tsp of creole seasoning (depending on the thickness of the fish)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 5 pieces of flounder (patted dry with paper towel)
• ½ tsp of red pepper flakes
• ½ tsp of paprika
• ½ of a fresh lemon (freshly squeezed juice and remove seeds)
• A pinch of salt (optional)
• 1/3 cup of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat the oven to 325 and set aside a 9 x 13 - inch baking dish
2. In a 9 x 12-inch baking dish, add the melted butter, fresh garlic, onion powder, garlic
powder, creole seasoning and black pepper.
3. Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel, then place them in the butter mixture coating
each piece and rubbing the mixture thoroughly on both sides.
4. Add red pepper flakes, paprika and lemon juice without the seeds. Garnish with
fresh parsley.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the flounder flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides.

RECIPE:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 fillets flounder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cupf reshly grated Parmesan
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice 1 lemon
Set oven to 400 degrees
Drizzle remaining olive oil and lemon juice over fillets
Bake until it is fork tender about 14-20 min.
