How To make Cheddar and Vegetable Stuffed Grill Bread
1 tablespoon active dry yeast (1 package)
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons light sesame or peanut oil*
2 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
(2 1/2 to 3)
2 cups chopped grilled vegetables
4 ounces sharp cheddar :
shredded
Cooking spray
Use leftover grilled vegetables or grill some fresh ones while the dough rises. Try onion, zucchini, potato, bellpepper, or eggplant, to name a few.
1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water and let stand until it bubbles, about 10 minutes. Slowly stir in whole wheat flour, cumin, and coriander. Mix well, cover, and set aside to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. 2. Stir in salt, oil, and 2 cups of unbleached white flour to form a stiff dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes, adding more flour as necessary to keep from sticking. Shape into a ball, place in a large, lightly sprayed bowl, and turn oiled side up. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. 3. Divide dough into six pieces and roll into smooth balls. On a lightly floured surface, roll balls into 7-inch circles (about 1/4-inch thick). Place equal amounts of vegetables and cheese in center of each circle. Pull edges up to center, pinch closed and press to flatten. Cover with a cloth, and let rise for 20 minutes. 4. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Gently place calzones on grill, pinched side down, and cook about 5 minutes on each side, until well marked and browned.
*I used 1 tablespoon of oil and substituted Healthy Choice brick cheese for the cheddar.
Makes 6 breads.
PER SERVING: 218 CAL (22% from fat), 8g PROT, 5.5g FAT, 33g CARB, 418mg SOD, 10mg CHOL, 3g FIBER

How to Make - Garlic Bread Sticks Recipe - Ingredients:
Garlic - 4 tbsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Butter - 100g
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Bread - 8
Mozzarella cheese - 100g
Sweet Corn - ½ cup
Green Chilli - 2
Peri Peri Masala / Oregano Mix - 3 tsp
Kitchen Products I use:
Measuring Cup & Spoon Set -
Kitchen Weight Scale -
Instant Yeast - (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast - (small pack)
Pizza Screen - (3 pack - 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper - much better than butter paper, and it is reusable -
Good NonStick Pan -
Whipping Cream -
Oven For Baking - (28liter is good enough)
Microwave - (not good)

Who doesn't love to enjoy a cheesy garlic bread? So, today, let's make quick & easy stuffed garlic bread at home. This cheesy stuffed bread toast is super tasty and made with sandwich bread in a sandwich maker!

Ingredients:
Bread - 4 (I used white sandwich bread, you may use any)
Grated Garlic - 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander - 1/2 tbsp
Soft Butter - 50g
Cheese - 50g (preferably Mozzarella but I used Amul processed cheese since i didn't have mozzarella)
Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Pepper - 1 tsp
Sweet Corn - 1/4 cup
1) Add garlic & coriander to the butter and mix
2) Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each slice
3) Add grated cheese & corn on the non-butter side of 2 slices
4) Sprinkle pepper, oregano & chilli flakes
5) Put other 2 slices on top of these slices (butter side up)
6) Grill for 3-5 minutes in a sandwich maker (you can also cook it on tawa on a non stick pan)

1 Diced cucumber.........................1/3 cup

PANEER STUFFING
1 Diced Paneer................................1/2 cup

2 English Mustard.............................2 Tbsp
3 Pizza Sauce ...................................1 Tbsp
METHOD
VEGITABLES STUFFING
1.Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
2.Once the oil is hot add diced onion soute approx 30 seconds
3.Now add bell peppers and capsicum and soute
4.Now add pizza sauce and mix all together gently.
CUCUMBER, TOMATO STUFFING
1.Take a bowl and add Diced cucumber and tomato.
2.Now add mayonnaise sauce .
3.Add salt,oregano,chilli flakes and black pepper crushed.
4.mix Gently
PANEER STUFFING
1.take a bowl and add Dice paneer.
2.add Mayonnaise sauce.
3.Then add pizza sauce.
4.and mix gently.
1.Now take 3 slices of jumbo bread.
2.Bake both the sides one by one on pan.
3.Now remove the corners.
4.Add vegetables stuffing on first bread slice and grate mozzarella cheese.
5.cover with 2nd bread slice and add cucumber and tomato Stuffing and grate mozzarella cheese.
6.cover with the last and third slice and spread english mustard and add paneer stuffing and grate lots of mozzarella cheese.
7. Sprinkle black peppers,oregano and chilli flakes.
8.Now place the sandwich in the preheated pan on low to medium heat and cover the lid approx 20 minutes.
9.After 20 minutes we will remove the lid and take out the sandwich.
10.cut into 4 pieces
11. And serve hot
