How To make Cheese Potato Meat Loaf
1 x Basic Meat Loaf; Recipe # 8 1/4 c Blue Cheese; Crumbled
1 x Potatoes; Instant Mashed 1 x Bacon; Crisp & Crumbled
* Use the measurements for 4 servings and prepare as the recipe ~
Prepare the basic meat loaf recipe except :
mix in half of the cheese and shape the mixture into a loaf in an ungreased baking pan 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Omit the catsup and bake as directed. Drain off the excess fat. Prepare the potatoes as directed on the package except stir in the remaining cheese. Spread the potatoes on the sides and top of the meat loaf. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are lightly browned. Serve hot. :

2lb Ground Beef
1/2 onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Mustard
2 tablespoon Ketchup
2 tablespoon Woreshire sauce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes fire roasted
1/3 cup milk
bread crumbs
1 pk onion soup mix
season salt
black pepper
garlic powder
gravy;
4 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon flour
4 cups beef broth
season with 1 pk onion soup mix

garlic powder
season salt

???? Recipe (Ingredients)
1.Dough
90ml (6 tbsp) Milk
1g (1/8 tsp) Salt
150g (1 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
15ml (1 tbsp) Unsalted butter
2.Fillings
2 (200 g) Potatoes
15g (2 tbsp) Bacon crumbs
6g (1 tbsp) Chopped onion
15ml (1 tbsp) Moyonnaise
Mozzarella cheese
???? Important tips
1. About 200 grams of potatoes, you can use 2 small potatoes or 1 large one.
2. Omit the bacon if you don't have it.
3. Heat on medium-low heat and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
4. No need to knead the dough, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or more, you can refrigerate it overnight and make it the next day.

Here’s my delicious meatloaf recipe, made from 1lb of ground beef / 500g. This is made with tasty parmesan cheese and it’s really easy to prepare at home.
Meatloaf isn’t a particularly common recipe in the UK, however, I can’t understand why we haven’t adopted it yet! It tastes great with gravy and is packed full of tasty ingredients.
