How To make Cheesey Turkey Cottage Fries
Ingredients
3-4
cup
potates, frozen, cottage-style potatoes
1
cup
cheese, pasteurized process
2
cup
turkey, cubed, cooked
2
oz
pimiento, drained, diced
2
cup
broccoli, frozen, cut, thawed, drained
Directions:
Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Place potatoes in layers in the bottom of the crockpot. Stir in remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
Serves 4.

Oven Fries — CRISPIER Than Deep-Fried

I suppose this is more of a techniques than a recipe. Take whatever potatoes you want. Peel them, or don't. Cut them into fry-like shapes, being sure to get roughly equal thickness, and cut them maybe twice as thick as you want them — they'll shrink a lot during cooking. I do one large Russet potato per person. Boil them until you're afraid they're going to fall apart — I do about eight minutes. Gently drain them and lay them on a pan wide enough to hold them all in a single layer. Drizzle on enough oil to thoroughly coat all the pieces. Shake the pan to coat the pieces and get the fries evenly distributed.
Roast at 450ºF. Check on them after 45 minutes — add more oil if they look dry, and move around any pieces that seem to be cooking unevenly. Roast them some more until they're brown and crispy, maybe another 45 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them — very brown will taste burned. You can pull them when they're still a little floppy, because they will harden as they cool. The ones I made in the video are just a bit overcooked.
Place kitchen towel or a couple layers of paper towel in a large bowl, and dump the fries in. Let the towel soak up the excess oil, and then whip it out. Season the fries in the bowl and then toss. I use coarse salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped cilantro and grated parmesan.
MY COOKING PHILOSOPHY: I don't like weighing or measuring things if I don't have to, and I don't like to be constantly checking a recipe as I cook. I don't care that volume is a bad way of measuring things — it's usually easier. I like for a recipe to get me in the ballpark, and then I like to eyeball and improvise the rest. If you're like me, my goal with these videos is to give you a sense of how the food should look and feel as you're cooking it, rather than give you a refined formula to reproduce.

Here is a classic munchie meal for you all. Turkey chili cheese fries is such a savory, comforting and delicious treat! This chili recipe can be adjusted to your liking! You can use ground beef or skip meat and add extra veggies if you’re Vegan. I always make a large batch of chili and freeze a portion of it. You definitely don’t need an instant pot to make this, but it definitely saves on time! Below are the ingredients used for my Chili Cheese Fries!

Turkey Chili:
Oil
3lbs ground turkey
1 whole onion
1 whole red bell pepper
1 whole green bell pepper
10 pieces garlic minced
2 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp cayenne
1.5 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
1 can tomato paste 6 oz
1 can crushed tomatoes in sauce 28oz
French Fries:
Peeled and evenly sliced Idaho potatoes
Remember to boil the slices for 8-10 minutes until tender for the perfect fluffy center.
It is also very important that they’re DRY prior to frying in oil. Water in oil is very dangerous because it will splash everywhere. I fry them on medium until they’re golden and crispy and salt them as soon as they’re out of the oil.

How to make boneless chicken ????????????????????
INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 400 gms
chicken breast 300 gms
tomato 1 no
onion 1 no
parsley or coriander leaves - to garnish
oregano 1/4 tea spoon
salt 1/2 teas spoon to marinate chicken
black pepper powder 1 teaspoon to marinate chicken
oil - to fry fries
butter 10 gms cook the chicken
butter 10 gms for cheese sauce
flour or maida 10 gms
cooking cream or milk 1 cup
salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoon each for cheese sauce
cheese of your choice 1 cup
smoked paprika or ksahmiri chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
corn starch 1 cup
GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
egg 1 no
garlic 6 no's
sunflower oil 1 cup
salt and pepper 11/4 teaspoon each
vinegar 1/2 tbl spoon or half lemon juice
