HOW TO MAKE CHEESY BROCOLLI CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
HELLO EVERYONE!!! Today I’m sharing a Cheesy Brocolli Chicken and Rice. This can be a holiday recipe or an everyday recipe. Hope you enjoy.
Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe
1 or 2- 10 oz. Bags Broccoli
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken Tenders
5 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
3 Cans Cream of Chicken
3 Cups Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
2 Tablespoons Butter
Place in a 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Remove Let cool for 10 minutes and then ready to serve.

Creamy Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Creamy chicken broccoli casserole is filled with juicy chicken, tender broccoli, cooked rice, and a perfectly seasoned homemade cream sauce. It is the ultimate meal to finish off a busy day, and you’re going to want to try this tonight!

✅Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons olive Oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cubed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup finely chopped onions
• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• 2 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 large head of broccoli, cut into small florets, about 3-4 cups worth
• 2 cups shredded cheese, divided
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in an oven safe, heavy bottomed pan or dutch oven over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add in cubed, raw chicken and season it with salt and pepper. Cook chicken for 5 minutes until exterior gets some browning.
3️⃣ Add in the onions and garlic and sauté alongside the chicken until the onions are translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
4️⃣ Add rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Once the rice is toasted, add flour and sauté for a minute.
5️⃣ Pour the milk in slowly while whisking continuously until the sauce thickens. Pour in broth, thyme, and oregano. Bring this to a boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low. Cover and cook until the rice is almost cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
6️⃣ Add the broccoli and gently stir it around. Cover again and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Top with the remaining cheese and place under broiler for a few minutes to achieve additional browning (optional, but recommended).

EASY KETO CASSEROLE! How to Make Cheesy Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1lb cooked chicken breasts, chopped or shredded; you can also use rotisserie chicken.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 box of mushrooms
2 cups small broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup of chicken broth
½ teaspoon of xanthan gum
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350˚
Lightly grease the baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium low heat.
Add mushrooms to the hot oil and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic; season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano, and continue to cook until just beginning to soften.
Shred cooked chicken and arrange in a baking dish.
Layer on top broccoli and mushrooms.
In a small pan add in chicken broth, xanthan gum, heavy cream, thyme, salt, pepper, half of shredded mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
Remove from heat and pour sauce over chicken mixture, using a spoon, stir and mix.
Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 9 to 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
