How To make Chicken Chop Suey
1 lb Uncooked chicken breast,
Cut in 1" cubes 1 tb Oil
3 Cubes vegetable bouillon
1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Horseradish
1/2 c Sliced celery
1 Green pepper, sliced
1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1 Tomato, diced
1/4 c Sliced green onions
1 1/2 c Fresh Chinese pea pods
4 oz Water chestnuts (1 can)
3 c Fresh bean sprouts
Pan fry chicken in oil. Remove from heat and set aside. In another pan, crush bouillon cubes and dissolve in pineapple juice. Add soy sauce, ginger, horseradish, celery and green pepper; heat through. Combine chicken with tomato, green onions, pea pods and water chestnuts; stir-fry about 2 minutes. Pour over fresh bean sprouts, top with pineapple sauce; serve immediately.

This stir-fry vegetable dish can be prepared in a few minutes! Perfect for busy days! Try our simpol, nutritious and really delicious Chopsuey!
Serves 3 to 5.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
¾ cup pork or chicken, strips
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Set B:
1 piece onion, quartered
1 piece carrot, cut into florets
1 stalk celery, cut diagonally
Set C:
½ cup fresh squid or squid balls, cut into strips
2 pieces chicken or pork liver
6 pieces shrimps
1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut up
1 cup canned whole kernel corns
1 piece red bell pepper, diced
1 piece green bell pepper, diced
1 cup Baguio beans or chicharo, cut diagonally
½ head cabbage, chopped
Set D (Sauce):
1 cup water or chicken stock (or 1 pack seasoning granules dissolved in water)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Fish sauce, to taste

Marinade:
2 chicken breasts
A pinch of salt
Ground pepper
½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp shaoxing cooking wine
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
The vegetables :
1 carrot
1 zucchini
¼ red pepper
¼ green pepper
¼ yellow pepper
150g mushrooms
4 Napa cabbage leaves
150g bean sprouts
1 onion
6 garlic cloves
5g cilantro
Seasoning sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp salt
Ground pepper
7cl water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp of water
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Sapa Sui (Chop Suey) is a dish shared amongst the Polynesians. When it comes to any special events this dish is always prepared. I grew up eating this and to my delight it tasted exactly how my grandma use to make it. There are various ways of making Sapa Sui and by all means put on your chef hat and experiment. This is my version and I hope you all enjoy! Mālō
Ingredients
10 pieces chicken thigh (or any meat)
1 large onion
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 inch fresh ginger (2 tablespoon)
3/4 cup thick soy sauce (see note)
1/2 pack vermicelli
1 cup water
Vegetables (Optional)
Notes:
If you can't find thick soy sauce use regular soy sauce and add 2 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
