Chicken Liver - 100 grams
Minced Garlic - 20 grams
Diced Onion - 40 grams
Snow peas - 50 grams

Today, we're making Chopsuey! Its one of Mommy's favorites. Its very healthy and delicious. Chopsuey, is a dish made with meat (pork, chicken, beef), seafood (shrimp), quail eggs, lots of vegetables (brocolli, cauliflower, beans, carrots, bell pepper) in a very yummy starch thickened sauce. We made it simple and you can make your own style too! Let us see what you made! Hope you guys enjoy our recipe! Love you!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
100 oz of Meat
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Medium Size Onion
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pepper (to taste)
3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
3 Cups of Water (add water according to thickness)
10 pcs Quail Eggs
10 Pcs Shrimp
Beans (cut to an inch)
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Bell Pepper
Carrots
3 Stalks of Green Onion
1. Heat the pan to medium. Add oil.
2. Then add pork, garlic, onion and shrimp, then fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add the oyster sauce and mix
4.Add the bell pepper, and the rest of the vegetable
5. Add the mixture of cornstarch and water, and let it boil for 2 minutes.
6. Add pepper and salt to taste.
7. Then, add your green onions and quail eggs and mix again.
8. Then, let it simmer for 5 minutes. (according to your vegetable crispness)
Serve with warm rice and ENJOY!

Disclaimer: This is my newly-invented recipe just today, and I am just sharing my thoughts and new taste for this. It depends upon you if you would try it, but surely you will love the taste. ????
Ingredients:
RECIPE #1: SWEET & SOUR CHOPSUEY VEGETABLES
(presyong sari2x store dito sa amin)
-Tuna flakes in oil @26Php
-Chopsuey @51Php
-garlic & onion @10Php
-cooking oil & seasonings @10Php
TOTAL: 97Php
(Servings up to 3-4 pax)
Procedures:
* Heat cooking oil in pan and saute garlic and onion.
* Add chopsuey vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp. of soy sauce. Mix it well.
* Then add del monte tomato sauce.
Mix evenly and you may add pinch of sugar.
*Boil it for a minute then off the heat.
*Ready to serve.
Ingredients:
RECIPE #2: PANCIT CANTON WITH TUNA OIL
-leftover tuna flakes oil from recipe #1
-Pancit Cantoon @15Php
Procedures:
*Boil 3 cups of water then cook pancit canton for 3 minutes.
*Prepare seasonings in a plate.
*Drain the pancit canton using strainer and add on a plate with seasonings.
*Combine it well.
*Ready to serve.

Is a stir fry vegetables American chinese dish. It is loaded with vegetables with chicken breast, chicken liver and mix seafood with a thick sauce. Chop suey is also very popular in the Philippines.
INGREDIENTS :
1 pc chicken breast
4 pcs chicken liver
1 pack frozen seafood
60g broccoli
80g cauliflower
1 pc green bell pepper
1 pc red bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 meduim onion
1 can mushrooms
1 can yong corn
1 pc carrot
1/2 napa cabbage
10 pcs Quail eggs
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoning
4 tsp cornstarch
Note: Im using also
Cooking oil
1 cup chicken stock
