How To Cook Chicken Chop Suey
how to cook chicken chop suey at home. cut the chicken into strips and marinate in beaten egg and cornstarch. preheated a frying pan medium high heat to cook. 2-3 cups of mixed vegetables.

CHICKEN CHOPSUEY
Preparation time 10-15 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serve 2-4
Ingredients
For Boiling Noodles
1 ltr Water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 packs Noodles, नूडल्स
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
For Sauce
2-3 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
2 tbsp Red chilli sauce, रेड चिली सॉस
1 ½ tbsp Light soy sauce, सोया सॉस
1 tbsp Green chilli sauce, ग्रीन चिली सॉस
½ tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 cup Water, पानी
For Frying
Oil for Frying, तेल तलने के लिए
100 gms Chicken breast, (thinly slice season with salt) चिकन
Boiled Noodles, उबले हुए नूडल्स
For Gravy
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
½ inch Ginger (peeled & chopped) अदरक
5-6 no.Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन
1 medium Onion, sliced, प्याज
1 medium Carrot, julienned, गाजर
3-4 no.Baby corn, cut into diagonally, बेबी कॉर्न
1 medium Red bell pepper, julienned, रेड बेल पेपर
1 medium Yellow bell pepper, julienned,यलो बेल पेपर
1 medium Capsicum, julienned, शिमला मिर्च
½ cup Cabbage, shredded, पत्ता गोभी
1 tsp Dark soy sauce (optional) सोया सॉस
Fried Chicken, तला हुआ चिकन
Prepared Sauce mixture, तैयार किये हुए सॉस का मिश्रण
1 cup Water, पानी
4-5 tbsp Cornstarch slurry, कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
1 no. Green chillies, less spicy, हरी मिर्च
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
few Spring onion, प्याज पत्ता
For Fried Egg
1 tsp Oil, तेल
1 whole Egg, अंडा
For Assembling
Fried Noodles, फ्राइड नूडल्स
Prepared Chicken Gravy, तैयार की हुई चिकन ग्रेवी
Spring onion, chopped, प्याज पत्ता
Fried Egg, तला हुआ अंडा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
Process
For Sauce Mixture
In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, light soy sauce, green chili sauce, sugar, water and mix it well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Boiling Noodles
In a big sauce pot, add water, salt to taste and get it to roaring boiled on high flame.
Add noodles and boil it for 6-7 minutes or until cooked on medium to high flame.
Strain the noodles, add oil and toss it well with the help of a fork or hands.
Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use.
For Frying Noodles
In a wok, heat oil, add boiled noodles and fry it until golden brown in color.
Transfer it to an absorbent paper and keep it aside for further use.
For Frying Chicken
In the same wok, add chicken strips and fry until par cooked.
Transfer it on a plate and keep it aside for further use.
For Chopsuey
In the same wok, heat oil, add ginger garlic, onions and sweat it for a minute on high flame.
Add carrots, babycorn and saute on high flame for a minute.
Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cabbage, dark soy sauce and mix it well.
Add fried chicken and toss well, add prepared sauce mixture, water and give it a quick boil.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook it for a minute until the gravy thickens.
Finish it with green chili, spring onion, coriander leaves and mix it well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Egg
In an omelet pan, heat oil, add egg and cook it well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Assembling
On a serving dish, place fried noodles, prepared chicken chop suey, spring onion, fried egg and sprinkle some salt to taste.
Serve hot.

Easy Quick & Tasty Chicken Chop Suey (Fiji Style)
Ingredients:
• 1 Kg Chicken Breast (Cut Into Strips)
• 4 Celery Stocks ( Thinly Sliced)
• 1/2 Cup Water
• 2 Large onion Cut Into Chunks
• 1 Bunch Of Bok Choy (wash and separate Leaves From The
Stems & Thinly Slice The Stems & Cut Leaves Into 5 cm
Pieces) OR (Pak Choy)
• 4 Carrots Thinly Sliced (Or julienne)
• 1 Red Capsicum Thinly Sliced
• 4 Tbsp Of oil (Any Oil Of Your Choice)
• 1 Tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
• Salt To Taste
• 2 Tbsp Cornflour
• Ginger, Garlic & Chili Paste (8 Garlic cloves, 1 Small piece Ginger & Chili to taste)
• 1 Tsp Chicken Seasoning (Or Chicken Stock Powder)
• 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce (Optional)
• 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Method:
1) Marinate your chicken by adding soya sauce and oyster sauce and give it a quick mix. Add half of the ginger, garlic and chili paste and mix it well. Cover with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to marinate for at least one hour or overnight if possible.
2) To prepare the vegetables, first take the celery stalk, cut it in half and thinly slice it diagonally. With the celery leaves, cut them into small pieces. Take the onion, cut it in half, then into quarters and cut them into chunks. Take the bok choy stems, cut it in half and thinly slice it diagonally. With the bok choy leaves, cut it in half and cut them in 5 centimetre pieces. With the carrot, thinly slice them and cut the capsicum into thin strips.
3) To make the chop suey, put a pot on medium heat, add both the oils and heat it.
4) When the oil gets hot, add ginger, garlic and chili paste, give it a mix and cook it until you get a light brown colour.
5) Add chicken, give it a good mix, put a lid on and cook it for 5 minutes stirring it regularly.
6) After 5 minutes, add bok choy stems, onions, carrots, celery and capsicum. Give it a good mix, put a lid on and cook it for 5 minutes .
7) After 5 minutes, add bok choy leaves, give it a mix , put a lid on and cook it for 3 minutes.
8) After 3 minutes, mix cornflour and water together and add to the chop suey and mix it well.
9) Taste your salt. Add salt according to your taste.
10) Add either salt or chicken seasoning or chicken stock powder, mix it well and cook it for 1 minute without the lid.
11) Turn the heat off and enjoy it with rice or noodles.
