How To make Chicken Salad Wraps
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
warmed
2 cups deli chicken salad OR
seafood salad 8 slices tomato :
halved
8 slices American cheese--
cut into strips 8 lettuce leaves
1. Spread warm tortilla with 1/2 cup chicken salad; layer with 1/4 tomato, 1/4 cheese and 2 lettuce leaves. 2. Fold two opposite edges of tortilla toward center over filling. Roll up open end of tortilla toward opposite edge. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Makes 4 sandwiches. Each sandwich: 600 cal; 39g fat. Typed by Lynn Thomas dcqp82a. 1 pound ground chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp hoisin sauce ( can be found at your local grocery )
2 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp Sriracha sauce

Chicken Salad Wrap!
Absolutely love this one for an easy lunch/meal prep for work or at home!!
In a large bowl:
3-4 ounces Greek yogurt
2-3 Tbs low fat mayo
Handful of shredded carrots
Handful of chopped celery
1/4 cup green onions and cilantro
1-2 Tbs hot sauce
Fresh squeeze of lemon juice
Season with garlic, onion and paprika
Finish with a big pinch of salt and pepper
Now add 12 ounces pre-cooked chicken
I went with trifecta (nice to have on hand, to make meals even easier)
Give it a solid mix and add about 4 ounces to your favorite warmed tortilla.
Top with your favorite Cheese and give it a wrap and throw that baby in a pan to make it taste even better! ????
Makes 2-3 servings depending on protein goals!
1 wrap: with 4 ounces of chicken salad and 1 serving cheese.
