Original Naked Chef demonstrates how to prepare and cook chicken breast stuffed with goat’s cheese, sundried tomato pesto and fresh thyme and then wrapped in smokey bacon. Overall the chicken is flavoursome, moist and really tasty with the smokey bacon. All the ingredients are shown at the start of the video and you see me cooking and tasting the creation at the end.

This stuffing recipe only requires a few simple ingredients and the results are fantastic. With simple and easy to follow instructions, this stuffing will keep you going back for more. Serves - 6
Ingredients -
3 - Medium to Large Brown (Yellow) Onions, Diced
2 - Cloves of Garlic, Thinly Sliced
12 - Fresh Sage Leaves, Roughly Chopped (Substitute for 2 tsp-2g of Dried Sage Leaves)
5g (0.10z) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped (Substitute for 1/2 tsp-0.5g of Dried Parsley Flakes)
220g (7.7oz) - Fresh White Breadcrumbs (Crusts Removed) SEE NOTE BELOW
107.5g (3.7oz) - Unsalted Butter, Cubed
(100g (3.5oz) and 7.5g (0.2oz) Separated)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Notes* -
Sage can be substituted for 2 tsp-2g of Dried Sage Leaves
Flat Leaf Parsley can be substituted for 1/2 tsp-0.5g of Dried Parsley Flakes
Separate the Unsalted Butter into 100g (3.5oz) and 7.5g ( 0.2oz) portions.
Coarse breadcrumbs by hand -
Remove the crusts from the bread and chop the bread up using a sharp knife just until it resembles large bread crumbs. It doesn’t have to be extremely fine (the same as a food processor). The larger pieces will create a fantastic texture. Any questions feel free to ask me in the comments or via instagram -
Using this stuffing to stuff poultry -
When using this stuffing actually as a stuffing, make sure to have it completely cold (straight out of the fridge). This will prevent any bacteria from forming due to the chicken being cold and the stuffing being hot. The temperature levels will be completely different, resulting in the chicken entering the danger zone which is a temperature scale to which bacteria starts to grow.

Have you started your Christmas dinner plans? If not, then you must start now and add this delicious Roast Chicken with Stuffing in the menu!
This stuffed whole chicken roast (without oven) has been a special recipe of my late mother-in-law which I learnt to make over the years. Stuffed whole chicken roast has a special place in our family among all our chicken recipes. It is the star of any special dinner occasion. We serve it with herb rice, roasted potatoes, carrots and peas.
If you have never tried stuffed chicken roast, then try it as soon as you can!

Ingredients :
Main Ingredient :
1.3 kilograms approx. Whole Chicken (skinless & neck portion cut off)
For Stuffing :
3 tbsp Olive Oil
15-20 nos Raisins (Kismis)
15 nos. Cashew Nuts
15 nos. Almonds
1 tbsp Butter
1 medium (75 gms) Onion (finely chopped)
6 flakes Garlic (finely chopped)
2 nos. Green Chillies (finely chopped)
2 medium sized Potatoes (boiled)
Pinch of Sugar
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Mixed Herbs (any brand)
4 to 5 slices White Bread (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
For the Marinade :
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
¼ tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Basil
¼ tsp Thyme
¼ tsp Rosemary
¼ tsp Parsely
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
3 tbsp Olive Oil (lukewarm)
½ piece Lemon (to rub inside the cavity & outside the chicken)
½ piece Lemon (to block the opening of the neck portion)
Other Ingredients :
Few cloves of Garlic
Few lemon rinds (optional)
1 boiled Egg
Needle & thread (to stitch the stomach cavity of the chicken)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Important notes :
1. You can make the stuffing one day in advance to save time.
2. I have served this chicken roast with potatoes, carrots and peas which are all roasted in olive oil.
3. Do not de-skin the potatoes for roasting. First roast the potatoes in olive oil, then in the same oil roast the carrots (roundel shape) and peas together.
4. Instead of stitching the opening cavity of the stomach with needle and thread, you can use tooth pick to close the opening.
5. After roasting the chicken, do not discard the oil. In the remaining oil, you can add your cooked basmati rice and toss it for two minutes and serve it as herb rice along with this stuffed chicken. This oil has all the goodness of the roast chicken in it.

Chicken Stuffed Baked Potatoes Recipe
Chicken stuffed baked potatoes is a delicious healthy dish that potato lovers will enjoy either for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
Makes 8 servings
4 medium potatoes
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 chicken breast, (about 200g) cut in small pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley
1 cup (100g) grated cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
½ tsp (1g) nutmeg, optional
1. Preheat oven to 450°F(230°C). Scrub potatoes, pierce them with a fork. Transfer to a baking sheet Brush or spray the potatoes with olive oil and bake for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
2. Meanwhile prepare the filling. In a large frying pan heat oil or butter over medium high heat. Saute the onion with garlic for about 5 minutes until soft. Add red pepper and chicken small pieces and cook until meat is cooked through. Stir in fresh parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
3. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle cut potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop the interior out of each leaving about 1/4 inch shell of potato flesh and skin. Mash slightly the scooped-out potato, add to filling mixture, and stir.
4. Turn the oven to 480°F (250°C). Fill the potato shells with the filling mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with mixed cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until potatoes turn golden brown.
5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or sour cream or alongside a fresh salad.
