How To make Chocolate Silk Mousse Cake
16 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate *
10 tb Unsalted Butter
4 lg Eggs
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Unbleached Flour
1 tb Real Vanilla Extract
GARNISHES:
White Candy Roses
GLAZE:
1/2 c Heavy Cream
3 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate
* There should be 16 squares of semi-sweet chocolate and they should ~ ~:
~-- One to Three Days In Advance: Preheat oven to 425?F. Butter bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform pan. Line bottom with parchment or waxed paper. Using heavy-duty aluminum foil, wrap foil under and up outside of spring form pan to prevent leaks; set aside. In 3-qt saucepan, combine cut-up chocolate and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate and butter melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes. Meanwhile, with whisk, beat eggs and sugar over hot, but not boiling, water, until eggs are lukewarm and foamy and sugar is dissolved. Transfer to large bowl. Beat egg mixture at high speed until very thick and pale yellowabout 8 minutes. Beat in flour. Spoon about one fourth egg mixture into cooled chocolate. Fold chocolate back into remaining egg mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Place pan in deep roasting pan. Fill with enough hot water to come 2/3rds of the way up the side of springform pan. Bake 15 minutes (mixture will still be soft in center). Place cake on wire rack; remove foil; carefully loosen edge of cake with a sharp knife or metal spatula. DO NOT remove side of springform pan. Cool at room temperature 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. On day of serving prepare glaze: In small saucepan, combine heavy cream and chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Chill until thick enough to spread but still pourable, 20 minutes. Loosen cake and remove sides of springform pan. Invert cake
onto serving plate. Carefully remove bottom of springform pan and parchment paper. Spread some of the glaze on side of cake. Pour remaining glaze on top, spreading with a spatula to form a smooth surface. Let cake stand at room temperature about 30 minutes to set glaze before decorating with white candy roses. :

Prepare Brownie Layer:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Chocolate melted 1/3 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
Prepare Chocolate Mousse Layer:
-Milk chocolate chopped 200g
-Olper’s cream 150ml
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s cream 100ml
-Icing sugar 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Milk chocolate
Directions:
Prepare Brownie Layer:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & whisk well.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence,melted chocolate & whisk well.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt & sift together then whisk well.
-On greased baking dish (8x8”) lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter,spread evenly & make swirl with the help of wooden skewer.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170 for 25-30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out from the oven,let it cool & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare Chocolate Mousse Layer:
-In a bowl,add chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well,cover & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
-Add cocoa powder & beat until soft peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-On brownie,add prepared chocolate mousse layer & spread evenly.
-Add prepared whipped olper’s cream layer,spread evenly & refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Garnish with milk chocolate,cut into slices & serve!

-Preheated oven mein 170C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal ker thanda ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.

-Bowl mein mein chocolate aur cream dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Cocoa powder dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Brownie per tayyar chocolate mousse layer dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar whipped olper’s cream layer dal ker evenly pheela lein aur 2 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Milk chocolate sa garnish ker lein aur piece mein cut ker ka serve karein!
Only 2 Indregients Chocolate Mousse ???? ????
Slice 250G of Dark Chocolate.
Boil a bit of water and put a bowl on it.
Put the Chocolate and stir evenly until melted.
Remove the bowl and add 200G of Whipping Cream and mix it well.
Now pour 300G of Whipping Cream into a new bowl and stir until its creamy soft.
At last pour into a mould and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Ingredients:
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
1 3/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
3 large egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Bittersweet chocolate, shaved, for garnish
Steps:
1. Temper chocolate, stirring until melted. Turn off the heat and let stand.
2. Beat heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
3. Whip egg whites with a hand mixer until soft peaks form, gradually adding in sugar.
4. Using a whisk, fold the tempered chocolate into the egg whites. Once fully incorporated, fold in the whipped cream. Transfer to a baking dish if desired, cover and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
5. Serve with shaved chocolate and enjoy!
