How To make Crab Imperial
1 lb Maryland crabmeat;
- preferably backfin 1 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Flour
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Instant minced onion
1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 sl White bread; crusts removed
- and cubed 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
Few dashes pepper 2 tb Butter or margarine
Paprika for sprinkling Recipe by: The Maryland Seafood Cookbook. Remove all cartilage from Crabmeat. In medium size pan, melt butter or margarine, mix in flour. Slowly add milk stirring constantly to keep mixture smooth and free of lumps. Cook, stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread cubes. Cool. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In another pan, heat butter or margarine until lightly browned. Add Crabmeat and toss lightly. Combine with sauce mixture. Put mixture into individual shells or ramekins (or greased 1-quart casserole). Sprinkle Paprika over top. INGREDIENTS
1 lb. blue crab meat
1/3 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1 cup mayo
2 tsp seafood magic
2 tsp brown mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp hot sauce
Recipe
1. Sauté onion, peppers. scallions and celery in butter til caramelized. Refrigerate
2. Combine mayo, seafood magic, mustard, hot sauce and veggies.
3. Add parsley to crab meat. Add Cajun mix a little at a time.
4. Drop mixture into casserole dish. Don’t pack tightly.
5. Top with a bit more of the Cajun crab mix.
6. Sprinkle with paprika.
7 Bake for 12 minutes at 400 or until heated throughout.
Crab Imperial Cod Recipe
2 lbs cod or any type of fish
1/3-1/2 lb of crab
1/4 cup mayonaise
2 teaspoons mustard
splash of Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning to taste
Top the fish and cover with a beaten egg
375 degrees for 30 minutes

Ingredients:
* 2lbs lump blue crab meat
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tsp yellow mustard
* 2 egg yolks
* Old Bay Seasoning, to taste
* 1/2 cup Italian flat leaf parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine mayo, mustard, parsley, egg yolks, and Old Bay in a medium bowl. Mix Well. Add lump crab meat to a baking dish and add 2/3rds of sauce to crab meat. Gently mix the sauce into the crabs with hands. Be careful not to break up the lump crab meat. Pour remaining sauce on top of the crab mixture. Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
