How To make Crab and Portabella Melt
8 Portabella Caps
up To 10
1 Green pepper :
diced
1 pound Mayonnaise
2 ounces Dijon mustard
6 drops Worcestershire -- up to 8
15 slices Cheddar cheese
2 cups Crab meat-jumbo or blackfin
1/2 Red pepper diced
1/2 Lemon :
juice of
1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning up to 1/2
2 Tomatoes :
sliced thin
Directions: Grill mushroom caps over open flame, turning often until tender. Pl ace caps on oiled sheet pan, set aside. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, peppers, l emon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, and old bay seasoning, mixing well. Drain crab meat well and add to the above, toss lightly and incorporate. Top mushroom s with tomato slice and about 4-5 ounces of crab mix. Place in oven at 450 degr ees until warmed completely through. Remove, top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.

18 large white mushroom, stems removed and wiped clean
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon yellow onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh crabmeat
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Italian parsley, minced
1 teaspoon tarragon, minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Bite sized Portobello Mushrooms
- 8oz Lump Crab Meat
- 1/3 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Olive Oil to drizzle over the Mushrooms
- Salt and Pepper about a Tsp Spoon each over the Mushrooms
Tips:
- Heat the Air Fryer to 350 for roasting/air-frying
- Use a Damp towel to clean the Mushrooms as seen in the video
- Roast/Air Fry the Mushrooms for about 7mins before stuffing to help soften the mushrooms
- Air Fry the Mushrooms on 350 for 10mins or until the cheese has melted
- Cooking times with Vary depending on the Air fryer being used

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms is what is on the menu! Brooklyn Brothers are going to show you how to make these fabulous Crab Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms. They are stuffed with sautéed onions, celery, garlic, and then blended with breadcrumbs and crab meat (Blue Claw Crab). Oven bake them until they are golden brown on top for a nice crispy texture. Baby Portabella mushrooms never tasted so good! The taste and smell is phenomenal!
Chef Dom had been using this recipe a very long time, which was a big seller at his restaurant, Daddy Jack’s New England Lobster Chowder House. Great for catering, appetizer, or hors d 'oeuvres. This is a very simple dish to make and a real crowd pleaser.
