How To make Crab and Portabella Melt
8 Portabella Caps
up To 10
1 Green pepper :
diced
1 pound Mayonnaise
2 ounces Dijon mustard
6 drops Worcestershire -- up to 8
15 slices Cheddar cheese
2 cups Crab meat-jumbo or blackfin
1/2 Red pepper diced
1/2 Lemon :
juice of
1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning up to 1/2
2 Tomatoes :
sliced thin
Directions: Grill mushroom caps over open flame, turning often until tender. Pl ace caps on oiled sheet pan, set aside. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, peppers, l emon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, and old bay seasoning, mixing well. Drain crab meat well and add to the above, toss lightly and incorporate. Top mushroom s with tomato slice and about 4-5 ounces of crab mix. Place in oven at 450 degr ees until warmed completely through. Remove, top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.

Heyyy ya'll! I'm back with another 20 minute cooking tutorial. This time with a lil something different. I love carbs and dairy...but I try to be conscious of my intake from time to time. These stuffed Portobello Mushrooms are so good-and they're carb/guilt free =) Make them vegan without the addition of cheese or keep it-if you'd like. Hope you enjoy.

HOW TO MAKE GRILLED STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS: Crab & Gorgonzola. Easy delicious homemade dinners
In this episode learn how to make grilled & stuffed portobello mushrooms. You can stuff them with anything, but I chose snow crab & Gorgonzola cheese. Super easy and delicious made at home meals that everyone will love!
Ingredients:
Portobello mushrooms
Crab meat
Gorgonzola cheese
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
butter
onion
tomato
broccoli
lemon
Buns
*Thinly slice onion & saute in a little butter over low heat
*Cover & steam broccoli over small amount of boiling water (turn to low once water boils). Drizzle with lemon & butter after cooked (when it turns bright green)
*Butter buns & grill for a few moments until you get grill lines (I usually just grill inside of bun & not the tops)
*Clean gills of mushroom with spoon. Brush olive oil inside/out & sprinkle a little sea salt & pepper on them. Grill 1-2 minutes face down (the part you will later stuff). Turn them over & stuff with crab & cheese. Place a frying pan over top to melt cheese well. Grill 3-4 minutes
*Top with sauteed onion & tomato and any other toppings you like and enjoy!
