Easy Corn Muffin Recipe | Goddess of All
???? Thanks for coming back for another video! I love to bake and decided to share one of my quick favorites. This corn muffin recipe is so quick and easy i say anyone can do this even having the little ones help out too! You can eat it on it's own or add a little butter too it. Now this is a pretty generic corn muffin recipe so i don't claim to have invented it this is just how i make them. Feel free to add Honey or even Cheddar for added flavor! ????

Prizewinning CORN BREAD MUFFINS!
If you’re ready to try these PRIZEWINNING CORN BREAD MUFFINS, be prepared to force yourself NOT to eat them all!
If these aren’t the absolute best corn bread muffins you’ve ever tasted, then I’d truly like to know where you found better ones, and how they were better.
This is actually my own enhancement to the recipe that won (several times) the prize for cornbread (muffins? I’m not sure) at National Scouting Jamboree campouts.
So watch this video, try them out for yourself, and let us know how you like them.

Rode Smartlav:
I now use this combination to get outstanding audio, which I then sync in post to the videos.
Blue Yeti:
This is my choice for when I record voice directly into Audacity.
Plantronics 85619-12 Headset:
This captures GREAT voice sound during screencast recordings; it records the voice directly into the screen recording, and does NOT pick up extraneous noises.
* Kimafun 2.4G Wireless Mic:
For when I need to move around a lot!
MY VIDEO EQUIPMENT:
* Sony AX700:
I often use a camcorder instead of a DSLR because I often record live shows of more than an hour, and a DSLR has a 30-minute shoot limit. The camcorder does not.
Canon D90 DSLR:
Tamron 17-35mm f2.8
X-Rite ColorChecker Passport (for) Video:
Sony CX260:
This is a VERY LIGHTWEIGHT camera – less than 1 pound (my version is a 2012 model PJ260V) – that still shoots great HD video. I now use this camera as a webcam, along with the following two items.
BlueAVS HDMI Capture Card:
Mini-HDMI to HDMI 15-foot cable:
I use these two items to connect my decade-old Sony Handycam as a webcam; it works great and gives me ZOOM capability on the webcam!
GoPro Hero6 Black:
Super tiny portable, with HD and wide-angle lens. Great for those crazy-angle shots you can’t get any other way.
iPhone 8+ -
This has amazing video capabilities, especially when paired with the next item.
Zhiyun Smooth 4 Gimbal for iPhone:
The iPhone 8+ BARELY fits into this, but it provides no-screen-touch controls for zoom, focus, frame rate, and much more. If you have an iPhone NOT a plus model, it should work even better. If you know of a better gimbal for a larger smartphone like the 8+, please let me know.

OVEN USED: Convection oven, top and bottom heat
BAKING PAN USED: 3 oz. Muffin Pan, greased with flour & oil
YIELD: 6 standard sized muffins
*You may or may not sift the dry ingredients if preferred
*It's important not to overmix the batter to prevent the muffins to become dense
*You may also rest the batter overnight in the fridge covered with plastic wrap. It produces taller and tender muffins with more developed flavors. Let it come to room temperature before baking the next day.
*You may also replace cake flour instead of all purpose flour and cornstarch
