How To make Cream Cheese Pound Cake
3/4 lb Butter
3 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 lb Cream cheese
6 lg Eggs
3 c Cake flour, sifted
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 t Almond extract
1 t Vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Cream the butter, sugar and cheese together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla and almond extract. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Stir in flour. Don't be vigorous; mix it just enough to incorporate the flour. Spoon into a greased tube pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool for 15-20 minutes, then invert the cake onto a serving dish and remove the tube pan. If you wait too long, it will stick. NOTES: * A pound cake made with cream cheese -- I got this recipe from Annette Hall at Computer System Resources, in Georgia (annette@gacsr.UUCP). She posted it to net.cooks, claiming that it's the best pound cake you'll ever taste. She's right! Southern Cream Cheese Pound Cake | Holiday Dessert
Friends, here is my recipe and method for making old fashioned Southern Cream Cheese Pound Cake.
Cream Cheese Pound Cake-
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of butter (3 sticks, I use salted)
6 eggs
3 cups of sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a fluted bundt pan, or other tube pan.
In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and butter. Once well mixed, add half the sugar and mix well, then mix in the rest of the sugar. Beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, make sure each egg is well incorporated before adding the next. Dump in flour and salt all at once. Mix til nearly smooth. Add vanilla and mix til incorporated.
Place batter evenly in pan, and bake for 1 hour. Check cake for doneness with a toothpick or cake tester. Cake will need to bake between 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on your oven and the color of the pan that you use. Cake is done when toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, but no liquid.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then flip out on to plate or serving dish.

เนยสดจืด 60 กรัม

ไข่ 2 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
นมสด 30 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

วิธีอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 160 องศาเซลเซียส ไม่เปิดพัดลม ประมาณ 40 -45 นาที หรือจนกระทั่งสุก
-เช็คสุกโดยใช้ไม้แหลมจิ้มตรงกลาง หากไม่มีเศษขนมติด คือสุก

**การทำบัตเตอร์เค้กให้ผิดพลาดน้อยที่สุด แนะนำให้นำส่วนผสมที่อยู่ในตู้เย็น ออกมาไว้ข้างนอกก่อนเริ่มทำ ประมาณ 1 ชม. หรือจนกระทั่งเนยนิ่มใช้นิ้วมือกดแล้วยุบลง แต่ยังคงมีความเย็น
***ระหว่างการทำควรปาดอ่างบ่อยๆ และต้องปาดให้ทั่วถึง โดยเฉพาะก้นอ่าง
