Directions:
Boil potatoes in skins until partially cooked; cool, peel, and grate. Divide potatoes in 3 equal portions. In a large round crockpot, put in a layer of grated potatoes, salt and pepper, 1/2 stick of butter, cut into pats, 1 cup shredded cheese. Repeat this procedure two more times, then pour milk over this. Cover and cook on MEDIUM heat for 2 1/2 hours, the last 1/2 hour put on HIGH.

Crockpot Size: 5 Quart
Ingredients:
3 Russet Potatoes (Peeled & Sliced)
Salt & Pepper (To Your Liking) (For each layer of potatoes)
1 Tsp. Garlic powder (For each layer of potatoes)
1/3 Cup Diced Onion (For bottom and middle layer of potatoes)
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for bottom and middle layer of potatoes)
2 (10.5 oz.) Cheddar Cheese Cans
1 Cup Milk (For cheese mixture)
1 Tsp. Parsley (For cheese mixture)
Directions:
In the bottom of crockpot layer sliced potatoes. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat previous steps for middle layer. For top and final layer of potatoes add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, combine and mix together cheddar cheese cans, milk, and parsley. Then, add mixture to crockpot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes - The easiest potatoes you can make right in the crockpot – perfectly tender, flavorful and cheesy!
INGREDIENTS:
6 slices bacon
3 pounds red potatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix, or more, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped chives
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Spread bacon in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake until brown and crispy, about 12-14 minutes. Let cool before crumbling; set aside.
3. Line a slow cooker with aluminum foil, leaving enough to overhang to wrap the potatoes on top, and coat with nonstick spray. Place a layer of potatoes evenly into the slow cooker. Top with cheese, Ranch Seasoning and bacon, repeating 2 more times and reserving 1/2 cup cheese.
4. Cover potatoes with aluminum foil. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with chives.
