How To make Crockpot Bean Sausage Casserole

16 oz. cans kidney beans, drained
10
each
bacon slices, diced
3
pound
kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 1/2
cup
onion, chopped
3
each
chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
2
cup
dry red wine
1
parsley, fresh, chopped
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp; discard fat. Combine beans, bacon, sausage, onions, bouillon cubes, pepper, and wine in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, high 5 hours, or auto 6 hours. Garnish with parsley.

Hello folks!
Tonight for tea, I made a delicious sausage casserole in the slow cooker :) Not only is this super easy to make and extremely tasty, It’s quite inexpensive too! Win-win :)
Use whatever sausages, vegetables and seasonings you prefer. Perfect with mashed potato or even on its own with a chunk of crusty bread.
Everything I used will be listed below,

Makes around 5-6 good servings
Sausages - I used 14 pork sausage links
Carrots - I cut two large carrots into bite sized pieces
Swede - I chopped half a swede into chunky bite sized pieces
Pasnips - I chopped 2 small parsnips into bite size chunks
Onion - I finely sliced 1 medium onion
500ml (1.2 cups) water & seasoning mix - I used a sausage casserole mix
Salt, pepper & dried herbs to taste - I used 1 teaspoon of sage.
1/2 Can of cream of tomato soup
***Baby potatoes - 7 or 8 - Halved (or quartered) *** Optional extra

This Sausage, mixed bean, and potato casserole will delight you on a chilly evening. so cooked to perfection.
Go to work after 10 mins prepping. to return to a fabulous warm and hearty meal
Ingredients. Makes 4 to 6 portions. And ideal for batch cooking
8 Sausages (i used plain pork sausages)
1 large sweet potato. cut into medium-sized chunks
1 white potato, cut into medium-sized chunks
onion (i used frozen)
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of Borlotti Beans
1 tin of Cannellini beans
500 grams of passata (you can use a tomato pasta sauce)
around one teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
salt and pepper to own taste
Tips.
Don't forget the onions ????
You can cook this on the hob using the same medoths. Or you can do it within 1 hour on a higher heat.
On taste testing you may find to your taste it may require something else like a Worcester sauce. use little as a time as can add, but Cant remove.

Easy Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole Recipe & Cook With Me! :)
Hi Guys :) For tea tonight I'm making a very simple and easy to make, sausage casserole in the slow cooker. Ingredients are listed below if you decide to give it a go!

Shopping List:
6 or 7 Good quality pork sausage links
2 Sliced onions
3 Chopped carrots
1 Pint of chicken stock
Half a teaspoon of Rosemary
A little vegetable oil for frying your sausages
3 Tablespoons of Chicken gravy granules

Let's Cook!
Get your slow cooker on to medium and add your chicken stock.
Brown off your sausages in a frying pan...medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add your onions, carrots & mushrooms to the chicken stock.
Once your sausages are browned to your liking, add them to your vegetables & stock in your slow cooker.
After about an hour (or when your stock starts to simmer) you can reduce your slow cooker heat from Medium to low.
Cook for 5-6 hours, stirring once in a while.
Add your gravy granules to thicken to your liking and using food scissors, cut your sausages into bite size pieces :)
Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
