How To make Crustless Zucchini Quiche
3 cups chopped zucchini
fresh or frozen
1 can mushrooms :
drained (4 oz.)
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 teaspoons grated Italian cheese
Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon dry sherry or substitute
lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
3/4 teaspoon oregano
Toasted very fine bread crumbs for coating a 9-inch fluted pie plate and for topping
Melt butter. Add chopped onions, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms; saute. Beat eggs, add wine and seasonings. Mix, then add vegetables and cheese. Pour into butter ed and crumb-coated deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 de grees for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Recipe from "One Millio n Recipes CD"

Filled with green winter vegetables. The homemade crust is very crunchy and buttery. And it paired so nicely with the creamy filling.
ENJOY
For this recipe, you will need a 28 cm loose-bottom tart tin and some baking rice or beans.
For the Pastry
250 gr Flour
150 gr Cold Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cold Water
Bake for 15 mins with baking rice
Bake for 10 mins more without baking rice
For the Filling,
Leek
Asparagus
Broccoli
Zucchini
4 Eggs
250 ml Heavy Cream
Grated Mozzarella
Salt and Black Pepper
Bake for 30 mins at 170C

Start:

How To Make Quiche Without Oven | Crustless Zucchini Quiche | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES | ASMR
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* Rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups (280g) SHREDDED ZUCCHINI (juice squeezed out)
• 1/2 cup (75g) CHOPPED ONION
• 1/4 cup (25g) CHOPPED CHIVES (fresh or frozen)
• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 tsp (2g) GARLIC SALT
• 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER & CAYENNE MIX
• 1 tsp (5g) OLIVE OIL
• 2/3 cup (120ml) MILK
• 1/2 cup (55g) SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
• 1/2 cup (85g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER
• 2 tbsp (16g) PARMESAN CHEESE
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out any juice. Measure out amount needed
2. Chop the onion and chives and measure out amount needed
3. In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic salt, black pepper, oil and milk
4. Add shredded zucchini, onion, chives, mozzarella, wheat flour, baking powder and garlic powder. Fold until combined
5. Pour into greased and lined pot or pan and evenly distribute batter on the bottom and smooth the top
6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
7. Cover with paper towel to catch condensation and Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Quiche should be firm to touch and not sticky or too wet on top. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 3 bake cycles (90 min)
8. Cool 10-15 minutes before cutting. Optionally, you can sprinkle cayenne pepper on top or any other topping of your choice
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated 400F (200C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 35 minutes and bake longer as needed
