How To make Dark Chocolate Walnut Bark
1 1/2 c Walnut pieces
2 Bars (8-oz. each) dark
-chocolate candy, chopped 2 oz White chocolate
-confectionary, chopped -(from a 3-oz. Bar) Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper. Spread walnuts out in a single layer, close together, on the waxed paper; set aside. Place dark chocolate in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) 2 minutes; stir. Microwave on medium 30 seconds to 1 minute longer, or until chocolate can be stirred smooth and is glossy, stirring twice. Immediately pour over walnuts, spreading out to a thin, even layer. Let stand until firm. Place white chocolate in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until white chocolate can be stirred smooth,
stirring twice. With the tip of a metal spoon or a pastry bag fitted with a small writing tip, drizzle white chocolate over dark in a zig-zag pattern. Let stand to set or refrigerate; break into pieces. Store in airtight container with waxed paper between layers in cool, dry place. Makes 1 1/4 pounds. French Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
8 ounces very good semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
8 ounces very good bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup whole roasted, salted cashews
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Melt the 2 chocolates in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
Meanwhile, line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Using a ruler and a pencil, draw a 9 by 10-inch rectangle on the paper. Turn the paper facedown on the baking sheet.
Pour the melted chocolate over the paper and spread to form a rectangle, using the outline. Sprinkle the cashews, apricots and cranberries over the chocolate. Set aside for 2 hours until firm. Cut the bark in 1 by 3-inch pieces and serve at room temperature.

- 20 Medjool dates
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 40g pistachios
- 80g dark chocolate
- Rose petals
- Pinch of salt
Line a baking sheet/chopping board with baking paper. Remove the date pits and press them onto the baking sheet.Place another baking sheet on top and press down using a rolling pin or a jar/glass to flatten the dates and make sure there are no gapes in between them.Spread the tahini on top, then dust the cardamom on top and sprinkle the pistachios.Pour the melted chocolate on top and spread over using a spatula to make sure it coats everything.Sprinkle some rose petals on top and a pinch of salt. Freeze for 30 minutes, then break up or chop into squares or uneven pieces.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or the freezer for up to 3 months.
