How To make Debbie's Chalupa Dip
3 ea Avocados
2 t Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
8 oz Sour cream
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 pk Taco seasoning mix
1/2 c Green onion (chopped)
3 ea Tomatoes (chopped/drained)
8 oz Cheddar cheese (grated)
Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. In separate bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. In loaf pan, layer beans, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes and cheese.

Hi my friends! Today we are veganizing another Taco Bell creation the quesarito! Instead of a regular burrito you take a quesadilla and use that as the outside wrap and it is delish! Filled with seasoned rice, vegan ground beef crumbles, nacho cheese sauce, vegan sour cream and chipotle mayo soooo good!

1/2 cup white rice, dry
1 tsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup water
Vegan Ground Beef
3 oz ground beef crumbles [85g]
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tsp oil
1/4 onion [25g]
Nacho Cheese Sauce
1 1/2 cups potato (chopped)
1/2 cup cashews
1 carrot (chopped)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt (or more to taste)
1/2 cup vegan cheddar shreds (optional but highly encouraged)
1/2 cup non-dairy milk, unflavored and unsweetened
*if you have a Trader Joe's nearby you can use 85g of the cashew fiesta dip, 1/8 cup vegan cheddar shreds and 1/4 cup of almond milk to make an easier blender free cheese sauce
6 tortillas
1 cup vegan cheddar shreds
1 1/2 tbsp vegan chipotle mayo
3 tbsp vegan sour cream
Spray oil, oil or vegan butter for pan
