How To make Divine Chicken:
PHILLIPS (JFPH78B) 5 Whole chicken breasts
split
1 large Bunc broccoli :
(fresh)
1/2 cup Butter OR margarine
1/2 cup Flour
4 cups Chicken stock
3 Egg yolks
1 cup Whipping cream :
whipped
6 tablespoons Sherry Salt/pepper to taste
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan :
(or more if desired)
Cook or saute' the chicken breasts until tender. Remove and debone. Cook the broccoli and season lightly, drain and set aside. Melt the butter, stir in the flour and add the chicken stock. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Cool slightly, then beat in the egg yolks. Whip the cream (not too stiff) and fold it in with the sherry. Place the broccoli in the bottom of an oven proof dish. Cover the broccoli with half the sauce and then the grated cheese. Arrange the chicken over the cheese covered broccoli and top with the remaining sauce and additional cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes-just until very hot. If desired put it under the broiler for a minute to brown at the very end of the heating period. *This dish can be made ahead as it freezes well. Divine French Chicken - A chicken recipe like you've never seen.

Divine French Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken thighs
- Season with salt and black pepper
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 250g white mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs of thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons of flour diluted in 700 ml of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- Chopped green chives
- Leek
- Oregano to taste
Preparation:
- Start by chopping 1 onion, green smell and garlic powdered.
- Tempere the chicken pieces on both sides with salt and black pepper.
- In a skillet, put 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Place the chicken pieces with the skin down and brown well on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onions.
- Let them become translucent. Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and add to the onion. Always stir.
- Grate the garlic and drop it in the fryer.
- Season with salt, thyme, oregano and cinnamon sticks. Add the chicken stock with the flour, keep stirring and also add the white wine.
-- Stir and soon after put the mayonnaise. Stir until it dissolves well and the sauce begins to thicken. Carefully add the chicken pieces.
- Involve them in the sauce and cap the skillet for 5 minutes.
- After, tastefully put the green smell and garlic poró.
- For 2 minutes, put the cap back on so everything gets tastier.

12oz bag of Broccoli Florets, steamed
2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup of Chicken Stock
1 cup of Real Mayo
1 tsp. Curry Powder
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 cups Shredded Cheese
(I use Colby Jack)
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes
