1 lb Coconut;shredded 1 lb White chocolate;OR 1 lb Green coating 1 lb Small Jelly Beans Melt your coating mix. If you have white chocolate just add a drop or two of green coloring(do not use the liquid kind) so that it is a light green. I Melt mine in a stainless steel bowl in a pan of water, I use my old large electric fry pan if I am melting a lot of different colors. You can also melt them in wide mouth jars, and keep what you don't use. In bowl of melted coating mis in the coconut. Spoon out on was paper, put a indentation in middle to look like a nest, and add the small jelly beans. I also put in the freezer for a few minutes to set real good. Enjoy Joni in S.Jersey ~--

Easter Nest Cheesecakes Recipe
Easter Nest Cheesecakes
Prep time: 1 hour Makes: 4
Ingredients:
150g Dr. Oetker Fine Cooks’ Milk Chocolate 50g shredded wheat cereal 100g Dr. Oetker Ready To Roll Regal Ice White Dr. Oetker Gel Food Colour of choice (we used Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink and Purple) 2 tsp Dr. Oetker Fine Dark Cocoa Powder 2 tsp Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Natural Extract 200 g digestive biscuits, crushed 80 g butter, melted 300 g Dr. Oetker Fine Cooks’ Dark Chocolate 250 ml whipping cream 400 g cream cheese 60 g golden caster sugar
Method:
To prep in advance
1. Make the nests in advance by melting Milk Chocolate and mixing in the broken up shredded wheat. Form your nests in a silicon mould or cupcake case making sure to build up the sides. Leave to set.
2. To make the small eggs, knead a small amount of colour gel into the regal ice to achieve pastel shades and form different size eggs. Repeat this to achieve various coloured eggs and leave to set.
3. Mix cocoa powder and vanilla extract together and once the eggs have set speckle with the cocoa powder mix.
Once set
4. Mix the biscuits with butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Line the bottoms of the 4 mini spring-form tins with the crushed biscuits.
5. Melt the Dark Chocolate and leave to cool for 5-10 mins, add the whipping cream and Vanilla Extract. Blend well and set aside.
6. Beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar together. Fold the cream into the Dark Chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure all of the ingredients are fully blended.
7. Spread the mixture on top of the crushed biscuits. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set, then serve.
8. Top with Milk Chocolate nests and fill with pastel coloured eggs.
