How To make Easy Chicken Creole
1 c Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, crushed
2 tb Flour
2 1/4 c Chicken broth
1/4 ts Sugar
Black pepper to taste 1 Med. Bell pepper, diced
3 tb Oil
1 cn Tomato paste ( 6 oz.)
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
2 c Cooked, cubed, chicken
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tneder, stirring occasionally. Add flour, stir just until flour starts to brown. Stir in tomato paste, broth, salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce. Cook and stir until mixture comes to boil and thickenes. Stir in chicken and black pepper. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until chicken in heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice. 1 lb. Chicken Thighs chopped - (or chicken breast )
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
12 oz. Andouille (sliced into ¼ inch slices)
½ cp. Vegetable Oil (or Peanut Oil)
½ cp. Flour
1 medium Bell pepper chopped
1 medium Onion chopped
1 medium Celery Stalk chopped

1 cp. Okra (I used frozen)
2 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning (or more to taste)
6 cps. Chicken Stock
3 Bay Leaves
4 tbsps. chopped Parsley + more for serving
1 tbsps. Filé powder (or to taste)

Easy Creole FRIED CHICKEN TENDERLOIN (CRACKER BARREL COPYCAT) | Recipes.net
Seasoned with 8 types of spices, this easy creole fried chicken tenderloin is packed with flavor just like the one from Cracker Barrel. Crispy and tasty on the outside and juicy on the inside, this mouth-watering dish will change the way you prepare your fried chicken tenderloin.

Ingredients:
1½ lb boneless chicken tenders
2 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups buttermilk
creole seasoning (recipe below)
Vegetable oil for frying, roughly 5-8 cups
Creole Seasoning:
1¼ tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1½ tsp ground black pepper
1½ tsp onion powder
1½ tsp cayenne pepper
1½ tsp dried oregano
1½ tsp dried thyme
To Serve:
1½ oz coleslaw
1½ oz fried potatoes
1½ oz sauteed green beans

0:10 If making your own creole seasoning, stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
0:30 In either a large ziplock bag or a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and 2 tsp creole seasoning.
0:45 Add chicken and set aside in a chilled area for 2 hours to marinate.
1:07 Prepare your breading mixture by combining flour and the remaining creole seasoning.
1:17 Preheat also your oil ready for frying, and a plate lined with paper towels.
1:21 Dredge the marinated chicken in your flour mixture, then deep fry several chicken strips at a time, turning frequently with tongs until golden brown.
1:46 Serve with your favorite side dishes.
